Yoojin's POV
Our eyes were staring at each other, no one's moving...
His watch started ringing like crazy that's when I pushed him and I quickly stood up.
"I-I uh..." he looked away as soon as we met each other's gaze
"I'll just t-take a bath" I said
"O-Oh okay. I'll just buy some food" he said and quickly left the room
I breathed heavily and went to the bathroom.
I just took a quick shower. After that I brushed my teeth and stared at myself at the mirror.
"That's an accident" I whispered to myself
After I took a bath, I quickly wore Seungjin's short and jersey shirt?
Seungjin 19
19 must be his age? or birthday?
I went to the hotel's room and saw his bag there, but he is not here.
Maybe he went outside?
I saw his phone, it opened and it showed his wallpaper. It's him pouting his lips.
Lips?
The kiss earlier!!! Is it a coincidence or everything was planned by destiny?!
Destiny?! That's cheesy Yoojin! Stop!
I just combed my hair and used the hairdryer to my hair.
After 30 minutes, my hair is dry and I quickly tied it to a bun.
I went to the dining table and saw Seungjin preparing some foods.
"I don't know what you like so I bought one order of every menu" he smiled awkwardly and sat on the chair "Sit down. Let's eat"
I didn't say anything and just sat on the chair in front of him.
"Ah you should eat" he smiled awkwardly again
I started eating, he did the same.
I was chewing the food when his wristwatch caught my attention. Is there such watch that will ring so loud out of nowhere?
"You must be wondering what kind of watch is this?" he showed me his watch and I saw it's not an ordinary watch "This is a heart rate monitor wristwatch, this will detect if I'm having a difficulty in breathing and..."
"and when your heart is beating fast" I answered
"You know?" he asked
"Yes, I don't think if I should say this. But you didn't have any difficulty in breathing earlier when that incident happened" I said
"What do you mean?" he asked
"When your heart is beating fast that can be detected by that thing too" I added
"A-Ah yeah, but that doesn't mean my heart beats fast because of that uh..." he said awkwardly
"Your heart beats fast because you are nervous that I might think that you planned to kiss me? I'm not thinking of that" I smirked
"I thought it will be awkward for us to talk to each other because of that, but it turns out like we're comfortable to have a conversation" he smiled but there's no awkwardness on his face
"I'm not comfortable, but since you helped me I think I shouldn't ignore you" I answered but he smiled at me
"It's okay, but I hope you can be comfortable with me soon" he smiled at me again
We finished eating and I was about to go to our room but I saw him washing the dishes.
Should I tell him that I will do those instead? Or just let him?
"Excuse me" I said and picked the plates on his hands "I will wash these plates, you rest"
"Huh? It's okay. You should rest" he smiled and quickly got the plates from my hands
"Okay" I answered and went to the hotel's room
I lied down on the bed, after 30 minutes he finally finished washing the dishes and went to the room to get some pillow
"You can sleep here" I said
"H-Huh? I-I can't. A girl and a bit can't sleep on one-" I glared at him
"On the floor" I said
"Y-Yeah" he giggled and prepared the floor so he can sleep
After preparing he lied down.
No one was talking and I'm just staring at the ceiling.
"Are you still awake?" he asked, I didn't answered "I know you are awake, I should've not asked" he giggled and sighed, enough for me to hear "You must be wondering why I have this heart rate monitor watch?"
"You have a heart disease" I answered
"Yep, I really don't want to have such disease because I don't want my Mom and Dad to be worried" he stopped and I heard him breathing "I am an adopted child and I am aware of that. It hurts when they told me but the wound heals because they made me feel that I'm not adopted"
I kept my silence.
"Can I tell you a secret?" he asked
"Go on"
"I know you will not tell anyone. I am living with different people, I mean not different because they are rich. Different because they are really different" he said and sighed again "I am really lucky to have them"
"You are really lucky" I stated
"Sorry for looking at you weirdly at school. It's not because I'm planning something bad to you but you reminds me of someone" he said
"Who?" I asked
"I don't know if I should tell you but, you have the same name. You know what's weird? You know the feeling that when you meet someone, there's this unexplainable feeling" he giggled a bit
I kept my silence again and listened to him.
"We don't know if she's still alive, but I have a feeling that she is" he continued
I didn't answer.
"Your surname and the surname of the person who took her are the same" he said
"Lee?" I asked
"Yeah, I'm really desperate to find her even though I know there's a possibility that she's not alive" I heard him breath heavily
"Who is she?" I asked
"Do you remember the guy who introduced his self as Hwang Hyunjin?" he asked
"Yeah" I answered
"He is his daughter" he answered
"Hwang Yoojin" I whispered to myself
