Personality: Raegan is a nice kid and is kind of shy. She values friendship above all and is very friendly to everyone.

Background: Raegan used to be more expressive, but her friends began moving or becoming distant. She developed a fear of losing people and never recovered from that fully. Besides that she lived pretty regularly.
