Henlo my dudes! How have you been? I've been pretty good, I didnt have school yesterday or today. Which is good, I guess, because I had a sleepover with Mr.Snuggles (aka LightLeopard ). Then again I have midterms this week, so I only have 2 days to do that now.
...
Yay! (?)
Anyways, this cut off it a bit awkward...but I couldn't find anything better. So...ha.
Also: Be ready for some Sophitz next chapter. And I mean OG Sophitz. Not whatever happened to Fitz's character development in Legacy. Anyways, as always, Enjoy!

"We're not together," Sophie dejected, blushing more. If that was even possible.
"Could've fooled me," Dex grumbled.
"Anyway, what did you mean about the Fitzter needing to rest? Is that why he buckled today?" Fitz shot a death glare at Keefe when he exposed what had happened. Sophie sat up and looked between the two boys, her eyes landing on Fitz.
"What does he mean?" She asked sternly. He sighed and tore a hand through his hair.
"Fine. While I was chasing after him I may have kinda...collapsed...again. But I'm okay-" he added quickly when he saw her expression. "It was just a...momentary thing. I'm okay."
"This is why I told you to rest." She whisper-sighed, pairing it with an eye roll.
"I'm...Sorry." He answered, sounding embarrassed.
"Alright." She sighed, nesteling her head on his shoulder again.
"Okay, so now that that's sorted out, could someone please tell me what's up with Fitz?" Keefe asked, while he and Dex looked at the others. Biana, Fitz, and Sophie exchanged a look, trying to decide who would explain.
"Well, on our way to the Leapmater at Foxfire yesterday, I kind of collapsed. Turns out I was dehydrated and exhausted to the point that I, uh, could barely hold consciousness. Sophie took me to our telepathy room and I passed out pretty quick. So we stayed there and rested until I could at least stand. But, I'm okay. I just haven't fully recovered yet." Fitz explained, and Sophie was grateful he left out the sparring match. They would tell the others eventually, just not now.
"Jeez man, I wish you would've told me. I wouldn't have made you chase if I'd known."
"As if." Everyone countered at Keefe in unison, then they all fell into laughter.
"You're right." Keefe smirked at the group, chuckling as well.
"What's so funny here?" A female voice asked from the doorway. They all looked to find Linh and Wylie standing in the doorway.
"Keefe, as per usual." Baiana replied, rolling her eyes as Keefe grinned smugly again.
"My pleasure." Keefe remarked while giving an over-exaggerated bow. This time Linh and Wyile joined in the laughter, sitting next to each other on a nearby couch.
Marella showed up maybe twenty minutes later, and the girls went with upstairs to Sophie's room so Linh and Marella could get situated. It didn't take long, seeing how they didn't pack near as much as Biana. No one ever packs as much as Biana. That is practically impossible. After they were situated they met the others outside by Calla's tree to play Base Quest.
"I call Foster on my team!" Keefe hollered while pulling Sophie to his side.
"No fair!" Biana yelled back.
"Here's an idea," Sophie began, pulling the others out of their bickering. "How about Fitz and I reff? That way neither team has an unfair advantage by having me on their side, and then we can keep the teams even."
"Is the Mysterious Miss F wanting some time alone with our Fitzer?" Keefe smirked at her, winking when she blushed.
"No," She quickly responded. "But Fitz should really sit out, and it's only fair I sit out too."
Don't even think about arguing. She transmitted as he opened his mouth to say something. He closed it again when he got her transmission and a slight pout was plastered on his face. Sophie blushed as she saw her friends' expressions, they all had a teasing look in their eye and seemed like they were suppressing laughs when they agreed. The others divided into teams, Keefe's team (consisting of him, Marella, and Dex) decided they would be guarding a base first. They agreed their base would be the gates at the edge of the cliffs, and Biana's team (consisting of her, Linh, and Wylie) gave them 90 seconds to get situated before pursuing the base. It wasn't until the game started that Sophie realized who was missing.
