"We're gonna need a lot more help."

Adrianna teleported to Chris' study, watching as Allison, Stiles and Chris all snapped their heads to her. "Maybe I can do something?"

Allison let out a relieved breath, she was concerned for her after the hospital, she was so quiet.

"How's Cora?" Stiles questioned.

"Not doing too well." Adrianna took in a small breath in attempt to lighten her mood. "But if we need help finding people, why don't we ask Lydia?"

"Lydia? What can she do?" Chris questioned in a confused tone.

Stiles looked back to Chris, "Uh, Lydia's got sort of a talent. She somehow ended up finding a couple of the bodies without actually looking for them."

"What is she? Psychic?" Chris asked.

Allison, Stiles and Adrianna all looked at each other. They didn't really know what Lydia was and unfortunately haven't had the time to properly look into it. All they knew was that she has a burden that has forever changed her, as they all do.

"She's something."

Chris started to lay out every gun he still owned, in all sort of sizes, on the desk. Allison opened the bow and knife cases. She took a few of the knives out, flicking them around in her hand to test their strength. Adrianna pulled out the sniper case and semi-automatic case and laid them on the desk for Chris, her hands moving automatically to put guns together and collect ammo. She may not have been trained like a hunter, but she still knew her way around guns.

"I thought you guys were retired." Stiles said in mild shock. his eyes full of disbelief as he stared at all the weaponry.

"Retired, yes. Defenceless, no." Chris responded. "Make sure your phone's on. If you hear from Scott, you let us know immediately."

Adrianna and Allison made eye contact. None of them had brought up Scott since he left, and frankly, they're surprised Chris did.

Stiles pulled out his phone, scrolling through his messages and call log. "Yeah, I'm thinking that's gonna be kind of unlikely." He put his phone away and looked at the cousins with the same saddened expression.

Chris glanced between the three of them, "All of you try to remember he's just doing what he thinks is right."

Adrianna scoffed slightly, looking down to one of the guns she was loading. "I guess." She knows she shouldn't be harsh on Scott because it was true, he probably was only doing what he thought was the last option to save his mother. It just felt like he abandoned them.
Her head suddenly snapped up as the emotions of annoyance and desperation wafted over her, the same feelings from a few hours ago.

"I can't shoot a gun or use a crossbow, but well I'm--I'm getting pretty good with these." Isaac flicked his claws out, his mind praying it was enough to let him help them. He had to do something.
His eyes travelled to Adrianna and he couldn't help the slight surprise that crossed his features, he figured she would be staying with Derek the whole day, especially avoiding him after his little outburst, although he wouldn't take it back for a second.

---

The vault door clicked open, the little light from outside shining onto the symbol on the floor. Adrianna cautiously followed her uncle inside the vault, Allison and Isaac behind them. The vault was dark and dusty and absolutely empty.
"It's empty." She announced.

"Be careful anyway." Chris advised. His electric saber suddenly lit up, it cackling and echoing in the empty cell.

Isaac eyed the saber before looking to Chris with a cautious look, "I thought you only used those on werewolves."

"I do." Chris pressed the saber against Isaacs torso. Isaac gasped, his face contorting to pain as electricity ran through him and stunned every muscle. He fell to the ground, his body frantically trying to heal itself whilst also suffering from the immense pain.

Chris turned to look at Adrianna whom was on all four, gasping for air as she relived Isaacs pain. She hated this goddamn power. Although the voltage wasn't exactly high enough to knock her out, it made her practically loose complete control over her body. All she could feel was the electricity running through her veins.
He turned back to Allison and grabbed her wrist. In one swift move, he had handcuffed her to the metal poles that ran around the interior of the vault.

"What the hell are you doing?" Allison exclaimed.

"I'm sorry. But you're just going to have to trust me on this." Chris turned away from his daughter and started to walk to the middle of the room whilst taking his gun out.
"I knew for a long time she didn't operate on the currents. She was in sync with them." He dropped his gun to the floor and let it clatter against the cement.

Adrianna's eyes went wide as she raised her eyes to her Uncle. What the hell was he doing. She tried to move towards him, to stop him somehow, but her body spasmed and she fell to the floor, wheezing air in and out of her desperate lungs.

Chris cocked his head to the side, his ears picking up on a familiar sound, one he both feared yet welcomed. He knew what he had to do, whether anyone agreed with him or not.

A shadow appeared in the light spilling in from the door and all eyes looked up to who had come across them.
Jennifer smirked, her eyes travelling down to the injured supernatural creatures before raising them to Chris. A smirk filtered through her lips, "Now this is a sacrifice."
