Into The Unknown Pt1

The foursome were walking out of their final exams, Hermione said she did well in all of them, Harry told them that his scar was burning and that it's a warning. They walked out the doors and courtyard before Hagrid came into view. "Don't you think it's a bit odd that what Hagrid wants more than anything is a dragon and a stranger turns up who just happens to have one? I mean, how many people wander around with dragon eggs in their pockets? Why didn't I see it before?" As Harry spoke, the foursome rushed over to Hagrid's hut. They interrogated Hagrid until he told them something that confirmed Harry's theory, "Well, of course he was interested in Fluffy. How often do you come across a three-headed dog, even if you're in the trade? But I told him. I said, "The trick with any beast is to know how to calm him." Take Fluffy for example. Just play him a bit of music and he falls straight to sleep... I shouldn't've told you that." The foursome ran off, "We need to find Dumbledore."

They soon realised that no one knew where Dumbledore's office was, "McGonagall would help right?" Hermione suggested, they all agreed to seek Professor McGonagall to help them. When they reached her classroom, they saw that she sat alone behind her desk. They run up to the desk without nothing but requests for Dumbledore. "We have to see Professor Dumbledore. Immediately!" Harry spoke breathlessly. "I'm afraid Professor Dumbledore is not here. He received an urgent owl from the Ministry of Magic and left immediately to London." This news didn't give the foursome a desired answer. "He's gone? Now? But this is important. This is about the Philosopher's Stone!" Mikayla complained looking at the others for a new plan. McGonagall's face dropped with the mention of the Philosopher's Stone. "How do you know..-" Harry cut Professor McGonagall off "Someone's going to try and steal it." They soon found out that McGonagall didn't like being cut off. "I don't know how you four found out about the stone, but I assure you it is perfectly well protected. Now would you go back to your dormitories? Quietly." The foursome's faces dropped as they sadly walked out of the room.

They spoke about the stranger being Snape, Hermione began to speak, "And with Dumbledore gone.." "Good Afternoon." Snape's voice filled their ears, they instantly worried what he had heard, "Now, what would four young Gryffindors such as yourselves be doing inside on a day like this?" They were speechless, Hermione tried to say something but no words came out. "You ought to be careful. People will think you're up to something." Snape dramatically turns and walks away, "Now what do we do?" Hermione whisper asks, "We go down the trap door. Tonight." Harry tells them. "I'll bring my guitar for Fluffy." Mikayla informed them, they all agreed to the plan. "Meet at the top of the stairs of Gryffindor Tower at 9:30" Ron said as they reached the Fat Lady Portrait. "Wattlebird." Hermione spoke to the portrait.

"It's 9:25, we should leave." Hermione whispers at Mikayla, Mikayla grabs her guitar and they left the girls dormitories. Harry and Ron were already out there, the four of them walked down the stairs quietly when they spotted a toad on an armchair. "Trevor." Harry recognised the toad as Neville's. Ron tried to get him to leave but Neville revealed himself "You're sneaking out again, aren't you?" Mikayla felt a little ashamed, blinded by adventure she had forgotten about them losing 200 points for Gryffindor. Harry tried to explain that they didn't have a choice that they were doing it for the greater good. Neville was putting up a verbal fight and threatening to cause a physical one. Hermione apologised to Neville before taking out her wand, "Petrificus Totalus." Neville's whole body seized up and he fell backwards. "You're a little scary sometimes, you know that?" Ron gulped, "Brilliant, but scary." Harry turned to the other three, "Let's go."

The four of them and the guitar barely fitted under the Invisibility Cloak. Hermione casted the unlocking charm and they all clambered into the room. The dog breath removed the cloak from them, it was asleep, Mikayla searched the room for the sound of music coming from a Harp. "Snape's already been here. He's put a spell on the harp." Harry states, "I'll help you guys in and then I'll send an owl for Dumbledore. I'll catch up with you." Mikayla told them, they all agreed to this because even if they catch Snape, they'll need proof he was there. "We have to move the paw." Harry told the group, the four of them pushed the paw and the room went silent as they opened the trap door. Harry began giving some last demand as Mikayla grabbed her guitar, once they realised the harp had stopped. She instantly started to playing and singing.

Harry, Ron and Hermione jumped down the trap door, as Mikayla sang. The dog was soon asleep again, Mikayla slowly made her way to the door, she picked up the invisibility cloak, opened the door and left the room completely covered. She hid the guitar behind one of the pillars near the door before she ran to the owlery. She wrote a letter using the quill, ink and parchment that is kept in the owlery.

'Dear Headmaster Dumbledore, you need to get back to Hogwarts ASAP! Someone is trying to steal the Philosopher's Stone. Me, Harry, Ron, and Hermione are going to try and stop them before you get here. Regards, Mikayla O'Brien'

"Selene Έλ" (Selene come) "Εύρημα Professor Dumbledore." (Find Professor Dumbledore) Selene flew out of the owlery, Mikayla made her way back to room, grabbed her guitar and bumped into Dumbledore. "Professor!" Mikayla took off the invisibility cloak, "I just sent an owl for you, Harry, Ron and Hermione are already down the trap door. We think someone is trying to steal it." She spoke quickly, "I believe you Miss O'Brien, shall we?" Dumbledore opened the door to an awake Fluffy. "After you." Professor Dumbledore spoke pointing at the guitar.

Fluffy starts falling asleep, Dumbledore opens the trap door, and "Come on." he spoke calmly before jumping into the trap door. Mikayla dropped the guitar and followed him quickly before Fluffy could wake up again.
