V Day with Ced

Mikayla stood in front of the bathroom mirror, analysing her makeup. It's Valentines Day and after breakfast, she'll be spending the entire day with Cedric. Cedric wouldn't tell Mikayla what he had planned, so Mikayla had no idea what to wear. Hermione helped her out saying that wearing Red on Valentines Day was her safest option. Mikayla nodded approvingly before exiting the bathroom, Hermione and Ginny gave her thumbs up, before the three girls make their way to the Great Hall together. Just like usual, other than that one V Day in second year, there was no decorations or any indication that it was a holiday other than the fact there was no class on a Wednesday. Mikayla spotted a rather grumpy looking Ron, and a stressed out Harry, the girls put on their best smiles before joining the boys. They ate before Mikayla felt a tap on her shoulder. It was Avery, Brian,and Wayne Hopkins, Ginny got off her seat and joined the group. "Are you Miss Mikayla Black?" Avery questioned, Mikayla gives Avery a very confused look, "Uhh Yeah." She eyes up her fellow Elite Choir members. "We're here to deliver a vocal Valentine from oneCedric Diggory." Brian explains as Mikayla caught eye contact with Cedric, who was sat behind Wayne. Mikayla beamed brightly at the news, allowing her friends to perform. {Joe- Wayne, Sam- Brian, Mercedes- Avery, Quinn- Ginny, Gospel Choir- Flitwick's all year choir}

"Happy Valentines Day, Love Cedric!" Avery exclaims before whispering in her sisters ear that Cedric wants her to go to their favourite tree. Mikayla beamed excitedly making her way out of the Great Hall, down the stone steps, through the courtyard and sat under the cherry blossom tree beside the lake. Mikayla looked along the lake, she spotted Viktor Krum on his daily swim, as she waited impatiently for Cedric to arrive. "Hello Gorgeous." Cedric's voice fills Mikayla's ear causing her to beam happily and blush lightly at the compliment. "Hiya Handsome." The pair shared a peck on the lips, "Going to fill me in with what we're doing today?" Mikayla wiggles her eyebrows in hopes of persuasion. Cedric decides to kiss his girlfriend again to distract her from her question, which works effectively as Mikayla smiles into the kiss and deepens it by wrapping her arms around Cedric's neck. When their lips break apart, their foreheads touched as they smiled looking into one another's eyes. "Alright first, we're going up that hill." Cedric pointed at the hill behind the Quidditch Pitch. Mikayla stood up, brushing herself off before catching a hold of Cedric's hand. They walk to their next location, Mikayla was full of excitement and Cedric looked a bit nervous.

Cedric places his bag on the ground, kneeling towards it as he pulled out two kites making Mikayla giggle lightly. Cedric went to hand Mikayla the Gryffindor themed kite but Mikayla grabbed the Hufflepuff one. "We have to get them up the Muggle way Ced. No cheating." Mikayla warned as she saw Cedric higher his wand. "I don't know how to do it the Muggle way." Cedric explains, Mikayla tears some grass from the ground to find the wind direction, she puts her back to the wind, grabbing the kite where the two poles intercepted. Cedric watches his girlfriend's actions immersively, ensuring not to miss a step. Mikayla let the line of twine out a bit, with a steady gust of wind, Mikayla let the kite fly away from her a little, before pulling on the line as the kite pointed upward, allowing it to climb higher, once she was happy with the wind and height the kite received and reached, she allowed it to willingly self-glide. "Here Ced." Mikayla handed over her flying kite for Cedric's dormant one, she repeated the same steps did to get the Hufflepuff kite in the air, on the Gryffindor one, making it reach the same height as Cedric's. After about half an hour, Cedric was getting a little cocky with his kite flying and bet Mikayla that if he kissed her, their kites would be fine. The pair leaned in to test Cedric's theory, their lips sensually grazed up against one another before Mikayla stepped closer to Cedric, getting a better angle before pushing their lips together. Mikayla wrapped her arm around Cedric's neck, ravelling her hands in his hair whilst Cedric's hands take refuge on Mikayla's ass. He squeezes her hands as he pulls her closer, making Mikayla moan against his lips. The pair trip up, causing Cedric's back to hit the ground and Mikayla to be laying on top of him. The kiss breaks as they both lightly chuckle, Mikayla boops Cedric's nose childishly, "You owe me a Galleon." Mikayla reminded Cedric of the bet he made about the kites that he just lost. "It's not fair, I call sabotage." Cedric complains, "Ok fine. You got me." Mikayla got off Cedric, helping him to get off the ground and handing him a Galleon.

The pair return to the Cherry Blossom tree beside the lake. "How about I sing you a song?." Mikayla beamed at the boys suggestion. "Yes please." Mikayla pouted pleasingly, "Accio Guitar." Cedric guitar came into view, once the pair had settled on a picnic blanket, ready to indulge in food. "Alright, here I go." Cedric spoke nervously which made Mikayla feel weird because he's never nervous.

"Cedric, that was beautif-" "Mikayla. I Love You." Cedric cuts Mikayla off, relaxing after spilling his feelings to the blonde, "And I Love You." Mikayla beamed brightly, the pair share a light kiss, a smile plastered on both of their faces. They continued their little picnic, laughing contently and sure about their hearts.

"Ok, I've got one last thing for us to do together. A perfect end to our Valentines Day." Cedric smiled pulling out a large rectangular box. "I know how much you love to solve things. So I got us a puzzle." Mikayla laughs lightly, giving Cedric a smile of approval. "Well before we do that I have a little something for you for Valentines Day." Mikayla admits, turning to her bag and pulling out a small box, wrapped neatly in red wrapping paper. Cedric tore the present open, revealing a Rolex Submariner 6538 watch, similar to the one Sean Connery wore in Cedric's favourite film series James Bond and the film that started it all. "Mikayla, I- I don't know what to say, I- It's the best gift I've ever gotten." Mikayla smiled rather pleased with herself, "I can't believe you remembered how much I love James Bond." Cedric was in awe in his girlfriends memory and her generosity. Cedric crashed their lips together again, this one was unlike one's they had before, it wan't lustful, or gentle, or caring, it was rough, filled with gratitude and happiness. They broke apart breathless, "Alright, let's do this puzzle." Mikayla smiled at her boyfriend, who laughed at her eagerness of doing a fun, and simple task. "Not yet, I have something for you." Cedric hands Mikayla a box smaller than the one that held his watch, she opened it to reveal a golden necklace, in the centre of the chain, spelt out 'Cedric' in cursive letters. Mikayla's thumb rubbing the chain, "It's beautiful Cedric." Mikayla states in awe of her gift, "Can you put it on me?" Cedric nods Mikayla lifts up her hair turning her back to her boyfriend, she feels his hot breath against her skin as the cold chain hugs her neck. Mikayla grazing the chain again once it was securely on her neck. She turned to Cedric with a massive smile on her face, to which Cedric laughs, "Yeah Alright, it's puzzle time."
