Once Ron, Mikayla and Hermione had showered, got into clean robes and looked a lot more acceptable, they met in the common room. Only the Weasley's and Neville have spoken to them, people were acting like they were walking on eggshells around them. "The feast will be starting in an hour, we should wait for Harry outside the Hospital Wing." Mikayla advices the group, "What about him getting cleaned up?" Hermione asked, "I sent Neville down with fresh clothes earlier and Professor McGonagall has transfigured a shower for him to use in the hospital." Mikayla informed them. The three of them set off for the Hospital Wing, they decided not to talk about their adventure until Harry was released.

They waited patiently for Harry, making jokes and laughing until their friend finally walked out of the room. The foursome shared a massive hug, something that felt very therapeutic for them. "Everyone knows. Only my brothers and Neville will talk to us. Everyone else is being weird." Ron spat out quickly the second the hug separated. The four of them walked slowly to the Great Hall doing a play by play of their activity that happened a week ago. Harry told them how he defeated Voldemort who was living on the back of Professor Quirrell's head. "So, because your mum sacrificed herself for you, you were able to kill him with your touch." Mikayla relapsed what she had been told, "Not kill, he's somehow still alive." Harry corrected her, this was very unsettling news. "We should probably get to the feast." Hermione suggested, they set off.

The hall was dressed in green and silver as Slytherin's had the most amount points in the castle. The foursome took their seats, Harry was between Hermione and Percy, Neville beside Hermione. Mikayla sat in between Ron and Fred, George beside Ron. Dumbledore said his usual crazy words before making the food appear, everyone dug in straight away. "You should hear her sing!" Ron told Fred and George as they discussed their versions of the foursomes adventure. They were talking about how Mikayla put Fluffy to sleep so they could go down the trap door. "You'll have to play for us sometime." Fred smiled, Mikayla blushed and shook her head, "I'm not great at playing in front of people." She spoke shyly, "You played in front of us." Harry argued, "That was a life or death situation, plus you only heard like the first chorus." Mikayla shot back, "Yeah, and it was amazing." Hermione proclaimed. "Fine. Maybe next year." Mikayla spoke just to put them off her singing. "No, next time Malfoy and his knuckleheads go to your house, you can come to the burrow." Ron suggested, the other Weasleys also agreed on these terms. "Great, I don't think I can civil to them anymore." McGonagall tapped her spoon off her glass, causing a chime to spread around the room and silence to fall. Dumbledore stood and held out his arms as he spoke, "Another year gone. And now, as I understand it, the house cup needs awarding. And the point stand thus: In fourth place, Gryffindor with 262 points. Third place, Hufflepuff with 312 points. In second place, Ravenclaw with 426 points. And in first place with 472 points, Slytherin house." Slytherin's shouted and clapped loudly, the other houses gave an annoyed clapped.

"However, recent events must be taken into account. And I have a few last minute points to award," Dumbledore interrupted the celebration, "Firstly, to Miss Hermione Granger for the cool use of intellect while others were in grave peril 50 points." Everyone clapped and whooped, Hermione shyly smiled yet Mikayla basically saw pride fill her up. "Second, to Miss Mikayla O'Brien for being the youngest witch to perform the Reviving Charm successfully and for her magical music, 50 points." Everyone in arm reach praised her, Fred tapped her back happily sending butterflies to her stomach. "Thirdly, to Mr. Ronald Weasley, for the best-played game of chess that Hogwarts has seen these many years, 50 points." Ron was astonished when Dumbledore mentioned his name, "And fourth, to Mr. Harry Potter for pure nerve and outstanding courage, I award Gryffindor house 60 points." This time the whole Hall cheered except for the Slytherins. Harry showed a toothy grin, Mikayla beamed brightly at her fellow Gryffindors as she swelled with satisfaction for her achievements and her friends achievements. "We're tied with Slytherin." Hermione yells at her friends. Whispering carried through the Gryffindor table "Finally, it takes a great deal of bravery to stand up to your enemies, but a great deal more to stand up to your friends. I awarded 10 points to Neville Longbottom." Neville was in awe that he contributed anything to help Gryffindor, Malfoy looked as though he was about to cry. "Assuming that my calculations are correct I believe that a change in decoration is in order." Dumbledore clapped, the green and silver banners blew and changed into red and gold. "Gryffindor wins the house cup." Dumbledore finalises, everyone jumps up and throws their hats up into the air while the Slytherin's sat sadly.

All the Gryffindors were hugging one another, Mikayla and Fred hugged smiling and lingered in each others arms a little longer than they did with others. When they broke the hug, they turned their backs to each other, Mikayla hugs Ron and Fred hugs Oliver Wood. "We Won." the foursome jumped high giving each other and Neville. They were swarmed with their Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff peers, tapping their backs, smiling brightly, cheering loudly as they all clapped. The high table were also celebrating, well apart from Snape, but all the teachers seemed delighted. Hagrid and Harry made eye contact and shared an approving nod. Avery and Mikayla looked at each other through the crowd, the shared a small smile and nod. Avery stood up and clapped for her sister, receiving dirty looks from her friends. Mikayla rushed over to her sister, "I'm so sorry for everything I said and did to you this year. I hope next year we can actually hang out." Mikayla whispered as she hugged her sister, "I'd like that." Avery laughed. "See you in Kings Cross." Mikayla ran back to her friends, Avery turned to Pansy, "Hear that, Mikayla is the youngest witch to perform that spell successfully by reading about it." Pride swelled in Avery at her sister's accomplishments as she watches Mikayla celebrate her win with her friends.
