"Morning fam" Jace echoed entering into the kitchen to see Freddie flipping the pancakes.
"Morning, Jace," Glory and Freddie said in unison.
"Ooooo what smells goooood?" Jace said taking a seat at the island beside Glory.
"Whatcha doing sis?" he asked her.
"Working" she replied simply not taking her eyes off her computer.
"Here's your breakfast, love," Freddie said placing a plate in front of her.
"Yay, my favorite!" Jace said reaching over for a pancake when Freddie swatted his hand away.
"Nope, not until you brush your teeth," he said sternly.
Jace gave him one of his best death stares.
"You know it's not gonna work on me right?" Freddie chuckled eating his breakfast.
"I should've gone back to New York when I had the chance" Jace grumbled.
"Stop being a whiny baby and go brush your teeth" Freddie ordered him.
Jace scoffed and cursed under his breath but Freddie heard it.
"Wanna say that to my face, Jace?" His voice was commanding.
"N....no sir" Jace stuttered hanging his head. He simply got up and stomped upstairs to his room.
After breakfast, Freddie and Glory decided to go to a movie.
"Cool, let's go!" Jace jumped up excitedly.
"Nah ah, you're not coming, buddy," Freddie said strictly.
"Why?" Jace demanded angrily.
"Cuz it's an R-rated movie, Jace" he replied simply.
"So? I'm 17" Jace insisted.
"Yeah no, you're too young to watch that kind of movies," Freddie said with finality.
"So, what you want me to sit at home and watch cartoons?" Jace yelled getting angry.
"That's actually a good idea but no you're gonna clean your room" Freddie smiled.
"Are you for real?" Jace exclaimed frustrated.
"By the time as we come home, your room better look spotless, or else you're grounded" Freddie spoke further.
"You know you're even worse than my parents?" Jace retorted.
"Aww, thank you so much, Jace. I'm flattered" Freddie replied mockingly.
Glory couldn't help but laugh at the two of them. Their banter is one of her best pass times.
"Why are you laughing Glory? This is all because of you" Jace accused her pissed.
"Hey, this is between you and your brother-in-law. Don't involve me" Glory retorted.
Jace glared at her but averted his eyes to the ground when Freddie cleared his throat. He didn't know what or how but Freddie made him feel like a kid all over again.
"Kay, have fun cleaning your room," Freddie said as he and Glory left.
After they left, Jace called up Jade and Owen to hang out. They watched movies on Netflix all afternoon. During the movie, Jade and Owen began making out.
"Eww! Guys stop it!" Jace said causing them to pull away.
"Aww, missing your angel Jacey?" Owen mocked him.
"Yeah, so much" Jace pouted sadly.
"Speaking of, did you really threaten Amaar?" Jade asked curiously.
