Jace placed the breakfast in front of Charlotte and sat beside her. She immediately stuffed her face with the delicious pancakes causing Jace to chuckle, "Slow down a little babe, you don't wanna choke on your food"

After they finished, Jace carried her back to the bedroom. Just as he was about to go for another round, Charlotte's phone got an email notification.

Jace huffed but got her phone to her. She opened it and read through the email.

"What is it about angel?" he asked curiously.

"It's about the summer retreat for LIMP" she replied timidly.

The retreat is scheduled to be conducted for a whole week and Jace was not at all okay with her staying away from him during that time. Plus, it didn't help that she would be attending it with Amaar.
