A few months later...

Jimin's POV:

"You two go and get the things. We'll be okay."

"Jimin, are you sure? Maybe all of you can come and we'll all surprise him. You don't want to?"

"Oh, well, yes I do Jin, but we're planning something! It's a surprise. It wouldn't be a surprise if Jungkook found out, right?"

"Right, right. Well, I guess we'll go look for these things for Jungkook, since it is his birthday." Seokjin said with a sigh. Him and Taehyung leave and I feel like I can finally breath.

I walk back inside. "They're gone!" I tell everyone else. The other three come out from their hiding spots and come to me. "You won't believe how hard it was. Jin kept on wanting us to go with them. I told them it was your birthday Jungkook."

Jungkook rolls his eyes. "I know, Seokjin just me a message wishing me happy birthday. You didn't have a better excuse?"

"No, I didn't. Now, let's hurry up and start setting everything up."

"You have the paper with the genders on them?" Hoseok asks. "Just to make sure we're doing this correctly."

I nod. "Of course! Let's go now."

We gather the decorations and step out to the back yard. Thankfully, Taehyung's backyard has a lot of space, so that shouldn't be a problem. I set up some tables next to a wall where the food will be placed. I blow the balloons up with the help of Namjoon. Thanks to a YouTube video, we learn how to make a banner with the balloons and display them on the wall to make it look nice.

Jungkook and Hoseok are busy setting up the tables for the guests. We didn't have many people to invite actually. Just Namjoon and Taehyung's men who we've gotten close to, some of our other friends and close relatives. Seokjin and Taehyung both don't have relatives, but ours have gladly taken them in. I hope this all goes well.

By 1pm, we're mostly done. We just need to make the box and fill it with the balloons. They will each pull a string and the balloons will float out. Taehyung has a cover over the yard, so the balloons won't flow away; since we filled them with helium so they float. They'll either be pink or blue depending on the gender, which we know. I hope they like the surprise.

At almost three, Hoseok tells us the food arrived. We ordered authentic Korean food from a popular restaurant we all like. Since we're not cooks and also, we weren't going to have enough time to cook the food. We already took a long time with the decorations. We then ordered some sweets as well. Good thing Namjoon is spilling out his money to make his brother happy and also for his soon to be nephew/niece.

We set up the food in place, which smelled so amazing. "I think the food is going to be so good!" I say excited.

Making people happy was something I recently found out I like doing. Never thought that'd be a thing I like, but it is now, and I enjoy it. I can't wait to see their reactions. I hear the doorbell ring, but I know it's not Seokjin and Taehyung. Jaemin, Taeyong, Seokbin, and Jinyoung come in. They're two of Taehyung's men and two of Namjoon's men. We've gotten real close to them recently. Soobin and Yeonjun came after, with Seokjin's new worker Beomgyu. They're really nice young kids.

After, Jeno, Seokjin's boss, and his wife came as well. Jeno, Seokjin, and Taehyung had gotten close as well. After a while, I receive a message from Seokjin, telling me they're coming.

"Guys, they're coming." I tell the others. I feel like yelling, I hope this goes well.
