Jeremy slows down at the parking lots almost thirty minutes later trying to sight a parking space and i practically hop out of the car.
I really don't have time to wait till he parks the damn car.
I am not exactly the patient type, especially when someone that's so dear to me is in the hospital fighting for their lives.
I start running to the ER leaving Jerr behind, sans wasting time
"You're welcome, asshole." He shouts at me sticking his head out of the window and i ignore him. I am still mad at him for suggesting that i leave Belle to be with Josh.
Where did he get such guts from?
Jeremy tends to believe that he can control me and everything i do and that's where he has it wrong. When we were young, he used to be in charge. I was too young to make my own decisions then and Lee was ever busy training with Uncle Charles and needless to say, Jeremy is the most rational one among us.
He offers me great advice when it comes to Richard, Lily and our revenge but there is one thing i won't let him dictate.
I won't allow him tell me how to treat Belle.... I took his advice three years ago and i didn't like the consequences. That’s the reason why Belle spites me, I shouldn’t have taken his advice three years ago and maybe Belle wouldn’t hate me this much. She would still hate me for breaking her heart but not to a high degree.
I don’t plan to be in a relationship with her, I doubt if she would even want me near her. But that doesn't mean i won't be there for her when she needs help and if lily has a problem with me being there for Belle then she can go fuck herself.
I didn't even think twice before saying no to visiting Josh and spending time with him instead of Belle. He tried to give me sound reasons but i stood my ground and he decided to visit Josh on my behalf not before reminding me to check my list of priorities.
I would still choose Belle over Josh and Lily.
Being the responsible brother he is, he decided to step in for his drunken brother who is too drunk to be with Josh but not too drunk to be with Belle.
That's it. Belle comes first. If i can't be with her, then i will be there for her and no one’s going to stop me.
Jeremy wants to tell Richard that i am too drunk to get to the hospital and I would say that’s lame considering that we are in the same hospital and chances of bumping into him is very high though they are in the pediatric ward.
Apparently Josh is dehydrated and he needs water, they had to admit him for a night. But he is a strong one, he will survive that.
Nick is traipsing around aimlessly and Keith is sitting on the waiting couch burying his face in his palms.
You can tell by their visages that they are both very worried about Belle. I know Nick is as desperate as I am, he loves Belle to bits.
Jake should be inside, i instructed doctor Janice to let him in twenty minutes ago when the guard denied him access to the ER and she sorted everything out.
I don't say anything to the two brothers that are shittless worried about Belle instead i head straight to the door.
I am aware of the guard who is eying me as i make my way past him and i clench my jaw when he pulls me back.
"I am sorry but you are not allowed in the ER." I get this urge to punch him but I clench my fists tighter.

This is our hospital and no one’s supposed to tell me shit.
It was once my dad's but Richard took it from him. Technically, it is still our hospital. Very soon we are going to take everything back; the hospital, the school, the hotels and most importantly the Roll-Royce Motor Cars ltd.
