He tried to reach for my forearm but I hide it behind my back.
His brows furrowed.
Now that he is a bit adjacent to me. It's clearly evident that his skin is burning.
"Hindi ako pumunta dito para sayo." I stated.
I only gazed at him in two seconds. I didn't even bothered to wait for his hurt and dismayed expression.
I just stared at Hanse. Noong tuluyang na itong nakalapit sa amin ay ma-drama lang nitong itinaas ang kaniyang shades, ipinatong sa kaniyang ulo but there's more! Shades iyon ni Miguel. I can see her properly made brow at ang kaniyang eyelashes extensions.
I don't totally dislike her.
Ngunit bago lumipat si Hanse sa Maynila noong grade-eleven sila ni Miguel para sa kaniyang modeling ay madami ng kinakasangkutang relasyon si Hanse habang sila pa ni Miguel. Hindi lang iyon dalawang beses. Tingin ko ay higit pa. Lain greeted her with her wide smile. She probably mesmerized by her beauty and physique.
Lian then stood up. "Kuya let's swim, na!" Aya niya rito. Hinila-hila niya pa ang kamay nito. Tho, Lander looked like staying there, nagpatianod siya sa kapatid. They probably felt the tension.
"Susunod nalang ako." I assured them, nagtagal kasi ang tingin ni Lander sa akin. Tila inaaya na niya na akong itong sumama.
Disappointment crept in me.
Hindi ako naging handa para sa ano mang mararamdaman ngayong araw na 'to. Ang akala ko ay nagkukumahog si Miguel para sa kaniyang mga dapat gawin.
Alam ko naman na lalaki si Miguel. He's popular kahit noon pa at matalino. Mayaman at nuknukan ng gwapo. He's not that restrained and he's very humble and welcoming to other people. He's serious but not arrogant.
He is ideal, alright!
Madami naman siyang naging girlfriends. At lahat sila ay magaganda. But one thing I couldn't understand, bakit patuloy ang pagbabalik-balik niya sa babaeng ito? O baka naman ang babaeng ito ang bumabalik-balik?
Pinanood ko lang si Hanse. Isinusuot nito ang kaniyang dress at flats shoes.
Her confidence level, huh!
"I think we should go already, Miguel. Natuyuan na tayo pareho. Baka magkasakit ka niyan kapag hindi ka pa nagdamit." Hanse said and she only glanced at him once. She completely ignored the looks I'm giving her.
Ang kaniyang boses ay marahan at malambing, parang hindi ito sanay magsalita ng pabalang. Nakakairita s'ya sa aking pandinig!
I wasn't aware kung masama na ba ang tingin na binabato ko kay Hanse o ano. I just want her to even just feel that I don't like her. She's a cheater!
"Mauna kana. I'll follow." Miguel answered coldly. He didn't even throw her a glance.
"Alright," She said and stepped out of the cottage.
"She's with her friends kaya hindi mo naman na siya kailangang bantayan riyan at i-baby." She added before she turned her back to walk away.
