Why You?

-Chapter 8-

Lexa's POV:

After Clarke left the room. Everyone's attention turned to me.

"What?!" I said, glaring at the group.

"Spill." Raven said.

"It's nothing. Like she said. We are friends, that's all." I replied, crossing my arms. It hurt when Clarke said that. But it was the truth. We were friends. At the moment anyways.

"We're 'friends' my ass!" Jasper said, "Your totally into her."

"Wait. Lexa likes girls?" Harper asked, confused.

"Not girls. She likes Clarke." Jasper smirked.

"Yeah. I do. Get over it." I spat.

"I didn't mean it as an insult. I think that's cool! Plus you and Clarke would totally make a cute couple." Harper said, smiling at me.

"Ugh shut up! We are friends. F R I E N D S. Friends."

"Friends with benefits more like." Monty smirked. I flicked him on the nose. "Ouch!"

" Next time I'll punch your nose instead of flick it." I threatened.

"Okay, okay calm down Lexa, no need to get aggressive." Octavia said, barley holding in a laugh.

" Yeah whatever. Where's Raven?" I asked, she must have left while I was talking to the group. Mya was no longer there either.

"I don't know, let's go find her." Harper said. We all stood up and started looking around the house. We had searched the whole bottom floor and we were heading upstairs when we saw Raven and Mya sneaking out of Raven's room. That's where Clarke was sleeping no doubt.

"What are you-" Jasper started but was cut off.

"Shhh! Follow us." Mya said, sneaking back into Raven's room. We walked in and Clarke was asleep on the bed, she was on her back and her hair was covering her eyes. She was snoring quietly. Jasper and Monty both snickered when they saw her.

"Come here Lexa." Raven said, holding up a marker, "Draw something." I smiled. This was going to be fun. I took the marker off of Raven and walked closer to Clarke. I moved her hair to the side and took the top off the marker.

"What are you going to write?" Octavia asked from behind me.

"Shut up, or she'll wake up!" I whispered. I wrote something on her forehead and then gave the marker to Monty. He walked up to Clarke and drew a mustache on her. Then he passed it to Jasper who drew a smiley face on her cheek. Once everyone had had a turn drawing on her face we went back down the stairs. Once we reached the bottom floor everyone burst out laughing.

"I can't believe she didn't wake up!" Raven said in between fits of laughter.

"Yeah I was surprised too because Monty was being so loud." Octavia said, almost in tears.

"Whatever, you were so about to piss yourself." Monty replied.

"Was not!"

"Was too!"

"God you guys are so childish. I'm hungry. Raven can we get pizza?" Harper asked.

"Yeah sure. I'll order it now." Raven replied, grabbing her phone out of her pocket.

Once the pizza arrived we all started eating. We were talking about what we should do tonight when we heard someone walk down the stairs. I turned around and it was Clarke. Her entire face was covered in blue marker, she had a dick on one of her cheeks. A smiley face on the other, a curly mustache under her nose, a beard that went down onto her neck and "Nerd" written all in capitals across her forehead. I couldn't contain myself and I burst out laughing, so did everyone else.
