Letters to a Rockstar

"Guys? I have news."

Light was shinning through my bunk that next morning. I sat up and saw pills and a water beside me. I took the pills and chugged the water. 

I got up and felt gravity take over and my stomach decided to reject the water. I sped towards the bathroom and up came the water. Along with all of my digestive system. 

I grabbed a washcloth and wiped my mouth. I then noticed I had blood on my cloth. I shot up and looked and my lip was busted open and blood was dripping out. My nose was scabbed and I looked like shit. 

I flushed and rinsed out my mouth and brushed my teeth. 

I opened the door and I saw eight sets of eyes glaring at me. 

"What's wrong Ash? Feeling a bit woozy? You look like shit!" Andrew snapped as he marched away. 

Jinxx just shook his head and grabbed the first aid kit. He thrusted it into my arms and marched towards the front.

CC looked livid as I walked towards the front. I looked at him as he rolled his eyes and walked away without saying a word.

Jake was spitting nails with his eyes. 

"WHAT THE FUCK GUYS!??" I yelled as I cleaned up my face and bandaged my lip. 

CC jerked his head towards the table and turned back to the tv. 

I walked back and got dressed and fixed my hair and makeup and came back. I grabbed a pod and shoved it into the coffeemaker and saw an envelope with my name on it. 

It was in Chelsea's writing. 

My heart began to pound as I made my coffee and sat down to open it. 

Ashley:

You have many lessons to learn. And one of them is sticking to your word. 

By the time you read this, I will be flying back home with Shy. You fucked up so bad that I cannot bring myself to ever forgive you. 

I caught you cheating on me after you came up missing last night. You swore you would never do that again and gave me your word. 

You had left to grab some buns and decided to get drunk and call up Briana. That girl that you fucked yesterday after your first show. I believed your words of trust and honesty and loyalty when I found out the first time. You said you would never do it again. You asked me to be yours.

My mistake for believing you. 

You have no recollection of what happened. 

You beat the shit out of me. 

You slapped me hard across the face, bruised my arm and neck up badly, busted my lip and broke my nose, and broke a rib. 

I never thought the guy who said he had changed and had fallen for me, would do this to me. You don't deserve any second chances Ashley. You just fuck them up. 

I have a shortened life and you know damn good and well. Why would you let the anger and alcohol get the best of you and beat the shit out of your so called girlfriend?? I thought I meant more to you then that? I thought I was special to you. 

What happened??

I have decided that we need to break up. I cannot be with a guy who cannot remain faithful to me. I have too short of a life to live to deal with that shit. 

Please don't bother to ask for my forgiveness. I have had your number blocked and I have changed my number. The only people who have it are your bandmates. And they will not be allowing you to get ahold of it. I made them swear to that.

You should have never fucked up what would have been an amazing relationship. You knew damn good and well what you were doing. And yet! Here we are.

Chelsea

I folded up the letter and slammed it down. Causing the guys to jump and look over at me. I stormed out of the dining area and back to my bunk. I slammed my curtain shut and collapsed onto my bed in tears. 

I lost the one person that meant the most to me. 

All because of my drinking and inability to remain faithful. 

***Chelsea's POV***

I adjusted my body as we flew over Nevada. 

"Chelsea?" Shy asked as I looked over at her. 

She smiled softly and patted my thigh. "Hang in there honey. Do you need some pain medicine?" She asked as Lucy looked over at us from next to me. 

I shook my head. 

" I just wish that this would have never happened. He truly fucked up." I said softly as tears ran down my face. 

I wiped them away and felt my phone vibrate. I looked down and saw it was Jake.

Ashley is online on his phone. He is in the process of buying a ticket to come after you. Jinxx had to stop him before he completed the purchase. I have never seen him so distraught. 

I sighed and laid my phone down. 

"What?" Both girls asked. I showed them the message and they gasped. 

"Chels? He is not going to give up so easily on you babe." Shy said as I nodded and left it as seen.

I looked out the window as I put my phone in my pocket and pulled my blanket up on top of me. I needed time to think about what was going on.

After 2 hours we finally landed and were heading back home in the Uber. I was exhausted and nauseated from the jet lag and exhaustion.

Shy unlocked the door and we all got inside and my best friend Darcy meant us at the door. I saw my dog come walking over to us and I smiled. She sniffed me and pawed at me. She looked worried and I petted her and kissed her softly. 

I headed upstairs to my room and collapsed onto my bed and I was asleep in seconds flat.

"Did she break it off with him?" Darcy asked as Shy and Lucy headed into the kitchen. 

"She did in the letter. He did damage to her. She is lucky he did not puncture a lung or hit her port." Lucy said as she took her shoes off. She had decided on the way home to just move in. Since it was easier to just do the treatments from home. 

Darcy nodded and handed the girls some hot coffee. Shy thanked her and pulled her phone out as it rang. "I gotta take this. Its Emerson. He is worried about us since there's nasty weather heading our way." She said as they nodded and she walked towards the enclosed pool area to take the call.

Lucy shook her head and sipped on her coffee. "I doubt Chelsea will be easy to be forgiven this time? He really fucked this up. Her brothers are refusing to go on stage with them. Kevin had to change the schedule and threatened to pull the plug on their show. He is fit to be tied. If anything else happens.." "Guys? I have news." Shy said as she walked back into the kitchen. 

We looked up as she sat down. 

"Ashley has come up missing. The guys think he may have purchased a ticket to fly to Ohio?? Jinxx and Jake are out on the prowl. Kevin has put the show on hold until he is found. Andy and CC are out asking all the bands about him." She said as the girls looked at her in shock.

"I thought Jinxx stopped him?"
