Kick love into motion

Juliet took me to Nordstrom and found me the most jaw dropping dress I have ever seen.

"Oh no no no no! This dress is too much. Where on earth would I even wear something like this??" I asked as she rolled her eyes. " Ash wants to take you on a date. He asked us to take you shopping. " She said as she paid for the gown. I was beside myself. I had never in my life owned such a dress. And needless to say I was grateful. She then headed to get a statement necklace and we headed home.
"Lets curl your hair into ribbon curls and leave them down. And add goth makeup and your dress and statement necklace." Larisa said as she got to work. I was getting pain in my hips and I suddenly screamed out in extremely deep pain. My doctor raced back home the second she got the call. She sprinted upstairs and washed her hands and shoved a needle into my spinal chord. She started an iv and tapped it down. "Instant relief minus the paralysis. It's a new drug we decided to try. If this does not work, we will go for a spinal shot. Which will leave her paralyzed in that area. She may pass out from the pain. So let's pray this works." She said as I was in just my bra and undies. Larisa covered me with a blanket to keep me comfortable.
Twenty minutes later it was done. And the pain was gone. Everyone sighed in relief. My doctor removed the needle and put a bandage over it. We got me ready and I felt like a princess.
I had on ballet flats for comfort this time. Juliet did not want me falling down and risking a trip to the hospital. She used Chanel Chance and I was set.
My brothers helped me downstairs and into Remingtons car. He shut the door and drove me to a restaurant that took months to get into. Cause of the delicious food and superb service.
He helped me out of the car and walked me inside. I was shown to my seat as he left. Ashley was there and my heart skipped a beat. He looked stunning.
He had on his Halloween costume minus the mask. And he added some necklaces of course and his black converse. He took one look at me and could not stop smiling as he helped me sit down. He scooted me forward as I held my delicate skirt to get comfortable. He kissed my neck softly before sitting back down.
" You look absolutely stunning Chelsea. I'm fucking at a loss for words here." He said as I blushed and smiled.
We were handed our menus and my eyes looked at the prices and my jaw dropped. "What the fuck Ash?? This is too much!!" I said in shock as he shook his head. "Your worth it. You've had a rough couple of months. It's time you were treated like a princess." He said looking into my eyes. I blushed and smiled.
I settled on a small mushroom ravioli and garlic bread. With a water. He got the same and handed our menus back. He seemed nervous. He had a few shots and was better.
We are our meal and it was so good!!!!! He ordered me my favorite Tiramisu and a small coffee.
After he paid he helped me to my feet and I stood there for a sec. Getting my balance and nodded and we left.
"Let's go to the rock hall. Since they are open late during the week on Sundays. Sound fun?" He asked as his free hand held mine. I nodded and he kissed my hand. "You do look stunning Chelsea. That dress is perfect for you." He said softly as I blushed harder and hid my face. We listened to Rush on the radio and I bobbed my head and lip sang to the lyrics. He watched me once in a while and smiled.
We arrived and he found a parking spot. He lifted me down as I grabbed no dress and he stood me down. I felt gravity and nodded as he and I walked towards the entrance. The lights were on and it casted a soothing glow. He opened the door as I carried my dress. I stepped inside and he walked up to me and hugged me as we walked around. I stopped and admired a guitar played by BB King and I smiled. He was one of my favorite blues musicians. Emerson introduced me to him when I was a toddler. We walked on and stopped at artifacts.
We headed upstairs and I stopped dead in my tracks. I saw fairy lights around the poles and rose petals scattered on the ground. Janis Joplin artifacts were here. And my heart skipped a beat. Ashley led me forward to a comfortable chair. He helped me sit down and I rested my fatigued body.
He smiled as I saw material draped around the poles creating an enclosed walkway. I stood up and he led me to a dance floor. Kick love into motion began to play as we danced. He bent down to my height as he danced with me. My eyes never left his as his never left mine. He spun me around and I giggled as his old fashioned charm. The song ended and he kissed me softly as I kissed back. I broke it and walked towards a costume that she wore. I was spun back around and Ashley dropped to one knee.
I gasped and backed up a bit in shock.
"I know I fucked up several times while we were dating. Each time I made that mistake I was angry with myself. After I left you, I swore I'd never do that again. I fell for you from your first letter. Your spirit is just incredible. For going through hell and back. You have managed to keep that spirit alive. I fall for you more and more with every second I'm with you. You have taught me to not take anything for granted. I knew you were the one the second you opened your eyes before your stroke. Your eyes captivated me. It was the scariest time while I was waiting on you to get through this. You mean so much to me baby. I'm the luckiest guy to have you in my life. I was threatened with my life if I broke your heart by your brothers. But they gave me their blessing. You see? I needed to ask them cause I found something that I want to give to you. And that is this." He said as he opened up a box and took out the most gorgeous ring I have ever set eyes on.

" I asked them for permission to give you this. Chelsea Joe Kropp, will you do me the honor of becoming my wife baby?" He asked. I stayed silent as I cried. He waited for a good five minutes. " Baby? My knees are killing me." He said in a hint of agony. I nodded and he smiled and slipped the ring onto my ring finger. He stood back up and groaned in pain. "Jumping around for decades takes a toll on ya." He said as I hugged him. He wrapped his arms around me and held me. I looked at my ring.

"It's adorable. I love the bees. And that massive diamond. You did good babe." I said as he sighed in relief.
