Dingding's P.O.V.

The bag dropped out of my hands as Ruwei suddenly gridlocked me in his arms. Not that I'm complaining, but he's been so touchy lately, breaking my personal bubble every so often. I think he's a bit surprised I stopped resisting considering my temper.

"Ruwei, I'm warning you, you can't just keep coming into my room as you please and touching me whenever you want. I may be your wife, but I'm not your woman, you can't just...let go of me!!" I yelled as he bent down and suddenly picked me up bridal style.

"Okay, so you didn't hear a single thing I just said," I said as he sat down on the couch and continued holding onto me. For some weird reason, I didn't fight it anymore, maybe because this was actually a nice feeling, being in his arms.

"I know I'm asking for too much, but I really just want to hold you for a while. I recommended you to this set, but you almost got hurt so many times because of me. You're my wife, contract or not, but it's so hard to even see you, nonetheless have these moments with you. We may be a contract marriage, but that doesn't mean we have to completely be strangers, we can be friends." He said.

"Ding, I want to be your friend, just like how you're friends with the singers. It hurts me when I see how well you interact with them, but when you see me, all you ever say is go away." He said sadly as I lowered my head a little.

"Ruwei, I didn't mean to hurt you, I'm just afraid that someone will capture photos of us and then you know how creative the paparazzi are." I said as he nodded, "Can we be friends, please?" He asked as he rested his hand on my lower back.

I smiled and nodded, "Yes, we can be friends." I said as he suddenly let out the happiest smile I've ever seen. He pulled me into a hug as he rocked me gently, "Oh, I'm so happy, thank you." He said as I gave his back a little pat before getting off of his lap.

Just then, my door opened and Liam appeared. His eyes went wide as he quickly got in and closed the door. I sighed as I looked at him, "What is with you men and just coming in and out of the room whenever you please?" I mumbled before sitting down for opening my takeout.

"I'm not interrupting anything, am I?" Liam asked with a small smirk as I shot him a glare. "Anyways, Ding, the rehearsal will start at 6 am tomorrow morning and will last until noon, you'll have a quick lunch and then go straight to filming until evening."

"Okay, have the dancers started rehearsing?" I asked as he nodded, "Yeah when you rehearse with them tomorrow, it should be fairly quick. Anyways, I'll let you two little lovebirds get back at it." He laughed as I shot up from my chair and threw him a punch.

"Get out of my room!" I yelled as I slammed the door, geez goodness sakes. I finally began eating my dinner, "Can I have some?" He asked. I was about to yell, but then I remembered that we are now friends, and I need to be a bit nicer to him.

"Yes, but the moment dinner is over, you're heading back to your room," I said as he nodded. We ate mostly in silence. He would ask me something here and there but I would only give him one-worded responses. Once dinner was over, he finally left.

I decided to take a nice bath and relax from this stressful day. I got into the bathroom and took off my clothes before getting into the bathtub. I relaxed in there for about half an hour before getting out and wrapping a towel around my body.

I suddenly felt a wave of hunger, so I walked out of the bathroom and towards the table where all my snacks and food were kept. I grabbed some snacks and just as I was about to eat, I heard a little movement. My heart froze as I slowly turned around to see Ruwei staring at me with his jaw open.

My jaw fell open as I realized I was basically naked with nothing but a towel around my body. I started screaming as he quickly covered his eyes and I ran back into the bathroom and locked the door. I leaned against the door and took a couple of deep breaths.
