Found it on the internet
From giant on-line website
Order went smoothly and paid
Receive tracking that same night
Arrives on time, but broken
Must print label and return
Out of paper, ink running low
Convenience of life modern
Issue arises and must call
Trepidation of hold music
Need to converse with human
Which is never accomplished quick
Transferred, another wait on hold
Man of limited English skills
Worked into a righteous tiff
On paper doodling pen kills
Sound of an unsettling click
Battery of cellphone died
Small task creates frustration
It's importance magnified
