LOGANS POV
Today was Tuesday and I wanted to visit Avery on Friday, which meant I had to ask my parents soon. It was after school and they were both surprisingly home. I walked downstairs and my parents were sitting on the couch on their computers.
"Question," I said.
"Answer," my mom said.
"You know Avery?" I said.
"The brunette from the cruise?" My mom said.
"Yes," I said.
"You still talk to her?" My dad asked.
"Yeah," I said, "and I was wondering if I could go visit her this Friday."
"Does she live around here?" My mom asked.
"Yeah it's about an hour and a half," I said. My mom looked at my dad and shrugged.
"We'll talk about it and get back to you okay?" He said.
"Okay," I said, "thanks."
AMELIAS POV
I was at work and we were getting a new doctor on the staff today. I believe his name was Nathan Riggs, I read the email quick. I walked into the lobby and saw a man about my age and he looked a little lost, definitely Riggs.
"Are you looking for the chiefs office?" I asked as I walked next to him.
"Uh yeah, hi I'm Nathan, Nathan Riggs, I'm trying to look for the directions in the email from Chief Miranda Bailey," he said, I could tell he was nervous.
"You see the skywalk over there?" I said.
"Yeah," he said.
"If you take the stairs in the west wing and cross that it's the first door on the right," I said.
"Thank you so much," he said.
"No problem," I said.
"Sorry I didn't catch your name," he said.
"Amelia Hunt," I said, "I go by Doctor Shepherd though."
"Hunt? Like Owen hunt?" He said.
"Yeah that's my husband," I said, "do you know him?" I didn't get his answer because someone punched him in the face, and I turned to see the fist belonged to Owen.
"Owen!" I said.
"What the hell are you doing here?" He said to Nathan.
"I called you!" Nathan protested.
"What's going on?" I said.
"Why are you talking to him?" Owen said.
"She was giving me directions!" Nathan said.
"What is going on? WHY is my new attending on the ground?" Bailey yelled as she was walking into the lobby.
"Owen was just saying hi," Nathan said and got up.
"Get out of here," Owen said and stormed off.
"Owen!" I said and ran after him, "what the hell was that about?" He ignored me and kept walking.
"OWEN," I yelled. He stopped walking and turned to see me.
"Are you going to speak?" I asked.
"Leave it alone it's none of your business Mia," he said.
"You cannot just punch him in the middle of the lobby and expect me to let it go!" I argued.
"Amelia I'm not kidding," he said.
"Owen," I said, "what's wrong?"
"I let you deal with your stuff now let me deal with mine," he said and stormed out of the building. I turned to see Bailey and Riggs and I frowned.
"Is there an issue between you and Hunt?" Bailey asked Nathan.
"That is a private matter," he said.

I got pulled into surgery from a car crash and I couldn't stop thinking about Owen. I let Edwards close and I scrubbed out where I saw Meredith and Derek waiting for me.
"Okay so while you were in surgery I tried to talk to Owen and Derek tried to talk to Owen so it's your turn," she said.
"I tried talking to him this morning," I said.
"Too bad it's your turn again," Derek said, "he's outside the hospital on a bench and is refusing to work with Nathan so you are going to figure this out."
"Thanks guys," I chuckled.
"If he's going to tell anyone what is going on it's you," Meredith said. I walked out of the hospital and saw Owen sitting on a bench by himself. He looked so lonely and sad. I walked over and he looked up at me.
"Is this seat taken?" I asked.
"No," he said softly.
"Okay," I nodded and sat down next to him.
"Owen what's going on? You have everyone worried," I said softly.
"He shouldn't be here," he said.
"Riggs?" I questioned.
"He has no right to be here, especially after what he did he should never see me again," he said.
"Okay," I said softly.
"Do you remember my sister megan?" He said quietly.
"Yes," I said, "she died in a helicopter crash right?"
"Yeah," he said, "she did. She called me that day and said that her boyfriend cheated on her, she was so upset. She couldn't stop crying. So I told her to get on a helicopter and fly to Seattle to see me."
"I'm sorry Owen," I said.
"Nathan cheated on her," he said, "that's the man who broke my sisters heart and got her killed." I was silent for a minute and I put my head on his shoulder and grabbed his hand and kissed it.
"I am so sorry Owen," I said. I looked at him and he looked like he was fighting to cry.
"You know you can cry, it doesn't always have to be me," I chuckled to lighten the mood. He chuckled and wiped his eyes.
"I'll leave that to you," he chuckled. I chuckled and kissed his cheek.
"Hey maybe he'll be a horrible doctor and Bailey will hate him," I said.
"Yeah okay," Owen mumbled.
"Do you want me to talk to Bailey?" I asked.
"Sure," he said, "Don't talk to Nathan."
"Okay," I nodded, "but you can't punch him every time you see him."
"Yes I can," he said.
"No you cannot," I said.
"Fine," he pouted.
"Why don't you take the car home, get some sleep, eat something, I'll be home in a few hours," I said and kissed his cheek.
"You'll talk to Bailey?" He asked.
"I will talk to Bailey," I reassured.
"Okay," he said.
"I love you," I said.
"I love you too," he said.

Owen went home and I walked back into the hospital.
"So?" Meredith said, "is he okay?"
"I need to find Bailey," I said.
"Amelia is he okay?" Derek said.
"He'll be okay," I said and ran the Baileys office. I opened the door and she was sitting with Riggs.
"Uh hi," I said.
"Where is Hunt?" Bailey said.
"At home," I said awkwardly.
"So I'm assuming you come bearing information?" Bailey said.
"Uh yeah," I said. Riggs excused himself and I sat down.
"Owen and Riggs have some private history," I said.
"Well you need to tell your husband that he cannot he punching people in my hospital!" Bailey said.
"Yes I know," I said.
"Is he okay?" She asked.
"He'll be okay," I said.
"Okay," she said.
"Just keep an eye on Riggs," I said and she nodded.
