Isang matinis na pito ang gumising sa akin.

"Foul!" Sigaw ng coach mula sa kabilang side ng court.

What was I doing? Was I daydreaming? Again?

I held the clipboard closer to me as I continue to watch the game. I sighed. What does those dreams mean? May kinalaman ba yun sa mga magulang ko? Or dun sa lalaking nakaputi na nag-iwan sa akin sa simbahan sabi ni Sister Nicole? I just try to wash away those thoughts and focus on the game.

You might not believe this. But I'm actually part of the sports club now. Yes, me. Of all people, me-Athena.

Well, not really a part. I'm somewhat an honorary member.

"Athena," it's all because of him. "Are you okay?" He asked as he sit next to me. On reflex, I inched away a little from my seat.

"O-Okay naman," sagot ko. Currently, manager ako ng women's basketball team. Hindi ko alam kung bakit. Nung una pa nga, gusto niya akong gawing head manager ng buong sports club pero tumanggi ako. Seems unfair para sa mga dati ng managers.

"Are they treating you well?" Tanong ni Sir Nathaniel.

"Okay n-naman po, sir."

"Hmm..." Tinitigan niya lang ako pagkatapos kong sumagot. "I told you to drop the 'sir'." I can't, minsan ang intimidating niya talaga.

"O-Okay po..."

"And the 'po' and 'opo', you're making me feel old."

"S-Sige..."

How old is he actually? I never really thought of that. At first glance mukhang magkasing-edad lang kami. Pero I don't think he's human. He seems older. For some reason. Not that he looks older, he's very gorgeous. But he just seems like he's not my age.

Since the appearance of other creatures, there is a bunch of studies made for different lifespans and how they work. Humans became adults when they turn 18. To some creatures like the vampires or the werewolves, they became adult when they turn 200. Different lifespans work different ways. Which is why it's easy to segregate people from different years of age because they've probably lived longer lives.

I started as a member of the sports club a few days after the meeting with CODE:NYX. It was according to the agreement that CODE:NYX will protect us from danger. Pero kung ako ang tatanungin, pakiramdam ko may kinalaman ito sa pagpapanggap ko bilang isang muse kasama si Princess Merlia. Kaya siguro napunta din siya sa CODE:GAIA. Why am I in the sports club though? Is it because they really don't trust that I'm not human?
