Anagolay's Lost and Found
Merina Lilienne Amelia Neris

It's been an hour or so since we started looking around the whole place. Pero kahit saan kami maghanap ay hindi namin makita ang Cordelia. I knew it was silly to believe that it's here. But something about this place is strange. Like how it looks ten times bigger inside than the outside. Or how I found things that I lost in the past here. I guess, it's really true that all that is lost can be found here. But not Cordelia.

"I can't find it," I said as I look back at Ace who is just silently looking around the place. He stopped for a bit and glanced at me.

"Well," Ezmeralda said. "If you can't find it, then it's not lost."

"What do you mean?"

"It's not lost because someone has it."

I gasped. The thief...

"Then, what are we gonna do?" I asked.

"Can you tell us where is it?" Ace asked Ezmeralda.

"Of course, I can." She exclaimed. "Come!"

She led us in another room inside the lost and found. The room looks different than the other ones. This one looks a lot fancier. The walls were covered with curtain of thick fabric and colors of purple and blue with golden tassels hanging all around the place. This reminds me of a fortune teller's place.

And in the middle of the room, there is a big clear orb resting in a pillow on the table. Yep, this is really a fortune teller's place.

Ezmeralda closed the door behind us and sat on the chair behind the table. Ace and I stand infront of the table and watch as she daintly touch the orb.

"Tell me, child," she spoke. "What are you seeking for?"

"The Cordelia," I answered. She seemed surprised for a moment then she glanced at Ace.

"Alright," she let out a sigh. "Show me...the Cordelia!"

The orb lit up and an image was projected from it.

"The Cordelia!"

It was the Cordelia and it's still in one piece. I felt relieved.

"But where is it?" I asked Ezmeralda.

"It is hidden in an underwater cave in near Marianos city. The Cordelia is in a calm state making it unmovable for a few days." She spoke. So that's where it is. I remembered that it is one of the locations tracked by Kuya Roland.

"If we estimate the time needed, it would take us less than a day to reach that place since it's not that far." Ace said. I smiled at him but he didn't smile back and just nodded. But there's still one thing I want to know.

"Can you tell us who stole it?" I asked.

Ezmeralda glanced at me as the image slowly fade away and the orb turned back to its original state.

"I'm sorry, sweetheart. Pero hindi ko yun ginagawa. I can only show you the things that are lost, not the people who stole them." She said as she put a cloth over the orb.

"Oh..." But still...I walked towards her and clasp both of her hands. "Thank you. Thank you so much, Ezmeralda." I spoke, overflowing with sincerity. I don't know what I'll do if she didn't show up. Maybe I have to also thank Ace for bringing me here. I saw a hint of sadness flash on her face but she immediately shook them away and replaced it with a smile.
