Ruby's pov
When we finished I moved over and laid on my stomach
" God I forgot how nice a bed felt "
He laughed a little and I looked at him
" hi "

He said and moved a piece of hair from my face then moved me closer to him so I had my head on his chest. He was running his hand up and down my side just looking at the ceiling and I wasn't thinking and said
" so what are we now "
He looked at me
" well I hope we're something "
I smiled
" yeah but are we like friends with benefits or together "
He looked at me confused
" well I'd like to say together but you sound like you don't like that "
" no, I do it's just ... what are they going to think "
" Rue they won't be surprised that we're together they'll be surprised it took so long "
When he said that I could tell he didn't mean to and I laughed
" that's not what I meant "
" it's ok "
I started to trace a tattoo on his chest
" What time do you go in "
" 7 "
I said and he smiled because that must be the same as his and soon I fell asleep.
His alarm went off
" no, I don't want to "
He said as he hit snooze

He smiled
" morning "
" so I think you mentioned once that Bobby makes breakfast "
" yes he does "
" good because I don't feel like making anything "
He laughed and got out of bed. I sat up and put my bra on as I looked for my jeans
" there they are "
I said as I got up and grabbed them. I turned and he was just standing there looking at me
" what "
I said looking around me a little and he touched his ribs and I looked down at mine and saw the jagged scar that's just below my rib cage on the right side
" Yeah I guess I forgot to tell you "
" what happened "
" well in the crash something cut me and later in the hospital they told me it was part of one of the explosives and I was lucky because it was a few millimeters from my lung so "
I shrugged and walked over to where my bag was
" cool if I take a quick shower "
" yeah "
I walked in and took a fast shower and put my hair and a low ponytail. I walked out in just a towel
" ok you can take one now "
I said and as he passed me he gave me a kiss on the cheek and smiled.
I put on a pair of jeans and an oversized black T-shirt and a little bit of mascara then I packed up my uniform. I was looking out the window and Buck said
" you ready "
" yeah "
I put on my shoes and grabbed my bag and we made our way to his car.
