Anna was in my room.

"Aren't you sleepy?" I turned to Anna, shifting the frame from the view to her.
"I look like a potato right now." She took camera from my hand and started looking at the pictures I took.

I smiled and looked at the outer view, even though I was focused on Anna.

She kept the camera on the table and stood in front of me. She wanted to say something, I knew it just by looking at her confused eyes.

"What's going in your mind?" I asked her, keeping my hand around her shoulder as she was shivering.

"Are you fine? Like this whole Christmas thing." She asked, she sound worried.
"At first I thought I wouldn't join the party, later I realized I should start fresh." I said, cupping her cheeks.
"I'm here with you." She stammered and I just smiled.

A moment of silence. I wasn't sure what to say then suddenly I asked her about her family.

"How are your parents?" I asked.
"They're good." She smiled.
"Do they know about we working together?" I asked, my heart was beating so fast.
"Yeah!" She turned to the sky.

"They must hate me." I whispered.
"No! They blame me for our breakup. They don't hate you. I lied to them after all." She said, barely looking at me.

"Where did you go that day?" I dared to ask.
"Aarav, let's not talk about that day." She whispered and I nodded. I had no option. Both of us kept on staring at the sky.

Where she was that day? What was she hiding? Even after so many years she didn't tell me. The case must have been serious than I expected. I shouldn't have let her go last time.

Anna startled me by holding my hand. I turned to her and she tightened the grip.

I kept my another hand in her waist and pulled her closer. I held myself for so long, not anymore. Cold air messing with her hair. She was beautiful. Leaving her hand I managed her hair and held her chin making her face me. She wasn't stopping me, and that was a plus point. Our eyes met, her eyes trying to tell so many things.

"Anna.." I tried to speak but she stopped me by placing a kiss on my lips. I was surprised. Honestly I wasn't expecting that. History was repeating, you know what I mean!

Her eyes were closed, so was mine.
Without wasting any time I kissed her back.  We kissed after 6 years still we matched each other's move. We knew each other really well. For the first time, I was living in the moment. The only thing that mattered was Anna.

Moments later we separated. None of us were able to say anything. We just kissed. Do exes kiss? Or do friends kiss? What was our relationship?

"Aarav we kissed." She broke the silence, touching her lips with her fingertips.

"I had to, otherwise you'd have complained that I didn't kiss you." I said without thinking anything. Shit! that was supposed to be the secret ( the kiss in Bandipur).

"What??" She look shocked.
"No-no." I tried to change the topic but she cut me off.
"Wait! You knew about that kiss?" She asked.

What?? She knew about that?

"Don't tell me you remember that night." I raised my brows.

"When did I forget about it? You were the one who didn't remember." She snapped.

"God! you acted like you didn't remember anything. And I decided not to talk about that." I gave her a ARE YOU SERIOUS look.

"I did the same. You were not talking about it so I thought you didn't remember." She started laughing and I joined her.
