Pen - pen: Disarm my Pain

MERCURY

You were close to the sun,
But you did'nt shine at all,
As far as you try to evade the pain,
You will just recieve more of the vain,
Until you melt your ego and stain,
Your last ace to protect yourself.

I don't care about someone's dreams,
For I have my personal dreams to pursue,
Or I literally don't like to dip on someone's sauce,

You're too close to reality,
But to far from the test,
You just take to consequences before it damaged you,
And you just swollen the chance you have to prove yourself,

But why we should prove ourselves to someone who didn't really appreciate us at all?,
For someone who didn't really care for our personal feelings and beliefs?,
And for those who don't want to understand the shoes we try to fit in our enormous feet?,

There's a tale of someone,
with thousand rings,
To forget the future,
that sanity brings,
A kilo of tears,
Just to satify my fears,
And a Ton of lies,
To hide the tear,

Some may get it wrong,
Some may not,
Some try to sing along,
Some didn't,
Some may try to understand you,
and give up later,
For the only person who can understand us,
Is ourselves,

Don't rely on the comments of other people,
No man is an island?,
The island can stand alone,
Man can't.

People will always have something to say,
It is either good or bad,
But it will always counter us.

This is the battle of survival,
And you were the soldier of your own empire,
You are the King and Queen of your palace,
And to rule yourself isn't an easy thing to do.
So insanity will befriend and devour you.
