Hooty and King were feeling left out Luz was more focused on magic then she was before and they were left out, Hooty was used to being cast aside but King wasn't going to stand for it, Francoise was asked politely to carry King's many 'weapons' a fork missing it's two middle bits of metal and a bladeless knife which hooty found to be very useless. King found a screwdriver which he used to remove the door from it's hinges setting Hooty free. "Hooty, your going to have to help me get you into that human cart that Owlbert found the other day". Ok king but I don't see how that's going to work hoot". "Do you want to come along with me or not". "Fine hoot" hooty exclaimed.

With great difficulty they found away to load hooty into the cart, there was no brakes so stopping quickly would be a really hard thing to do so of course king told Francoise to keep that in mind.

King-" Owlbert what are you doing please don't tell Eda and Luz, me and hooty just want to have some fun."
Owlbert ( jumped up and down when he flapped his wings showing that he was exited it seemed as if he wanted to come along too).
Owlbert had a backup plan a door that looked similar to hooty, that he placed in the door way before exiting and perching himself onto the corner of Hooty's door. King placed a foot in.
King- "Wait who's going to push us?"
There was a moment of silence before they where all looked at eachother.
Hooty-" OH YEAH BOYS DAYOUT HAHAHAHA!".
manically hooty used his head to push them down the hill, it was rocky and unstable which sent the cart sideways they managed to stay in until at the end where king was flung in to the air. Thankfully Owlbert was able to catch king and put him down safely, Hooty on the other hand had a far more treacherous trip down. Which resulted in many many splinters and cracks.
"Wow so much adventure today right guys WHOOP WHOOP HOOT HOOT". Both Owlbert and king's mouths were wide open.

Meanwhile at the owl house Lilith Eda and Luz were reading about ancient spell and incantations "isn't it getting a little cold in here" Luz asked.
Hooty for the last time shut the door. Lily and Luz looked at Eda. "Oh fine I will do it".

"WHAT HAPPENED HERE?!?" They ran out from the kitchen "what? what's going on?" Luz said in a panic. "Where's Hooty maybe king knows?".
"KING, KING WHERE ARE YOU?, OWLBERT ARE YOU THERE?". "Eda why have they gone and where to?". "Beats me I really have no idea why would just up and leave because they clearly are nowhere around here". "I really don't know where they've gone but I know why, I mean you know how king gets when we don't pay attention to him" Luz added.

"Grab your coat and things Luz we are gonna go find them and kill them before they get themselves killed".
