Part 35 Useful Until Not Useful

After sealing Amity's soul in a confined space it was finally time to put plans into motion all of E-Amity's efforts were focused on bringing her friends from the 'other side' over to the Isles.

E-Amity- consistent effort, hard work, barging, reasoning, deals. That's what
has got me here commander hooty.

Hooty- that's pretty good for you, for some reason I always thought that you hated me because of that one time... Haha hoot.

E-Amity- how could I ever hate you, you are a dear friend of mine. Whatever it was that happened back then doesn't matter to me. I apologise hooty for anything I did wrong.

Hooty- this is how I can tell you are a true friend hoot hoot the others would have just told me to go away. hoooooot

E-Amity faced away from Hooty trying to contain her laughter at how easy it was to fool and toy with him.

E-Amity- I have a very important request for you as bestfriends I was wondering if you could act as a doorway for the rest of our friends.

Hoot- but I swore to myself to never be a door for other people to walk through ever again I am my own bird tube man HOOT HOOT.

E-Amity- look I know that you have gained a bit of respect among the lower soldiers here and even gained a bit of authority, but never forget who is above you in this hierarchy, and never forget what happened to Reika.

Hooty- Well I suppose I could become a door again and we can stay as friends forever and ever and ever and ever and-

E-Amity- QUIET! sorry ha ha I mean lets just get you moved over there so I can bring our friends over shall we. And it's a deal right?

Hooty- It is an official deal hoot Hoot HOOT.

E-Amity (inside her head) stupid bird brained idiot you have played right in my hand.

After hooty was hooked up to a machine he became a key part of a hand made portal used to bring in friends from the 'other side'

All together three hideous creatures pushed there way through hooty's door as he was almost entirely torn apart by them and the portals own powerful force.

E-Amity- how rude of you 3 to enter MY home without wiping you feet first.

What was left of Hooty's door frame was tranformed into a doormat

E-Amity- thanks for your service former commander Hooty you are relived of duty your work here is done.

Hooty- but aren't we still friends

Hooty's high pitched voice was still shaking

E-Amity- sure, the bestest of friends.

E-Amity walked out of the control centre room and turned off the lights arm in arm with her demonic buddies  their bodies being the only thing that blocked out the hallway light Before shutting the door.

This isn't really to do with the book but I noticed that everyone is kinda over the top mean to hooty in the show and I think the reason Eda dislikes him could be because he is a failed palisman, I don't know if anyone else has made this theory but maybe before owlbet was created Eda was trying to make her own palisman and got it wrong.
