Part 55 Azura Book Club

Luz- I just got a text from my mom, It says she wants me back tomorrow.

Amity- That really isn't much time to spend together is it?

Luz turned facing away from Amity.

Luz- no it isn't.

Amity know well that she had to somehow cheer luz up.

Amity- Well we still do have time together, and I know the perfect way to spend it, come on.

Luz- You don't mean the.

Amity's eyes said it all.

Eda- Hey where are you two planning on going.

Luz- Just to the library.

Eda- Ha just to the library they say.

Lilith- Edalyn!

Hand in hand Amity and Luz ran to the old hide away that the green haired witch had ran away to in her times of grief. Damage and chaos was still present in the town but they ignored that.

Luz- We never really did make our book club last long did we?

Amity ran her fingers through the side of Luz's hair gently enough for it to sit behind her ears.

Amity- It's never too late to start and anyway it can be our last but not officially last Azura club meeting.

Luz- well in that case where do we start? um.. I take it you never saw the end right?

Amity- yeah I never saw the end but you could explain it all to me.

The room was thick with dust and there was only one decent enough bean bag.

Amity- Would you like to use it?

Luz- What about we share it.

Luz sat down on the side of the bean bag and Amity did the same on the other side resting her head on Luz's shoulder.

After almost hours of Luz waving her arms around explaining the complex relationship between Azura and Hecate and their very much greatly received romance by the audience,
luz started to shiver from the cold she was still a bit dizzy from the pointless training she received, or maybe it wasn't pointless she didn't really know.

Amity- Your shivering Let me see if I can find a blanket.

Surely enough Amity found a small blanket with a couple of holes in it but still good enough.

Amity- There is no way we can both fit under that it's ok though, here you go Luz.

Luz- But assuming we are staying out here all night I can't allow you to sleep in the cold.

Amity- It's really ok, your the one who has been juming into water for ages.

Luz pulled Amity close to her and wrapped the blanket around both of them.

Luz- What was that about little space

Amity's face went the brightest it had ever been before.

Amity- W-w-well thank you Luz.

Luz- I'm not just going to let you freeze. I could never let that happen.

There was a pause for a moment they both just looked at each others eye's deeply.

Amity- I guess it's been a long day again today, time has really flown by we should get to sleep.

Luz never really realised how close they were to each other until she felt Amity's sweet breath gently bounce back at her.

Luz- o-ok goodnight.

Amity- Good night.
