Part 38 Hostage Situation

Reika and king left the infirmary that they were using as a place to plan their next moves it was time to blend into the crowd of atleast 200 well trained soldiers.

Everyone came to a halt as the 3 new monsters were introduced there appearances were frightening to even the early inhabitants of the Isles and the same could be said for the current ones. Roughly 100 odd terrified soldiers bolted for the exits that they only made there way through moments ago, there was frantic movement and pushing as people cambered over each other the same people who said they were dedicated to the the demons cause.

After moments of what could only be described as panic was over a few slightly injured soldiers desperately made there way to the door.

E-Amity- Now that we have separated the weak minded and the strong we shall begin.

Reika stood in the shadows of the room as she began to whisper to a very confused king who tried to whisper back.

Reika- What on the Isles are they, I can tell they are not from here. you don't need to answer back sir king I can explain after We regroup, this is too close for comfort we need to get out of here.

E-Amity- Is there a reason for you to be talking whilst in the presence of your superiors. Come closer, recruit wouldn't you like to be the first to meet my 2 wonderful friends.

Demon 3- what about me?

E-Amity- what about you?

The other two demons laughed like they were children, children with immense and almost uncontrollable power.

Reika let out a low growl at how the demons were putting her and the rest of the soldiers so on edge with there subtle mind games.

E-Amity- ahh yes I would notice that easily annoyed growl anywhere... hello miss Wildeman I just knew you would return some day looks like your usefulness hasn't completely ran out just yet. Living in a cave with old people isn't exciting enough for you is it you are a proud witch and warrior I hope you find rejoining my cause will be your best option.

Reika mustered all her might to say a fairly simple sentence.

Reika- my usefulness isn't determined by a souped up child's curse.

The 3 demons began to scream with laughter causing the room to literally shake but one quick glance from the demon and silence whipped through the room.

E-Amity used a powerful shield to encase Reika who dropped the bag that concealed king.

E-Amity- Soldiers you are free to go I just have a situation that needs to be.. taken care of I hope you all understand.

All heads shook up and down quickly and obediently as they made there exit similar to the one made my the hundred before.

E-Amity- I know exactly where to put you and don't worry you won't be alone. And you three embarrassing fools will have yo deal with my wrath later.

The three demons gulped.

Demon 1- but you never even allowed us to introduce ourselves and say our names.

Demon 2- quiet you are gonna make her more angry.

Reika's body was floating in the air as E-Amity held her up using abilities. She dragged her through the air and took her down to where Amity was held prisoner.

After all was said and done in the assembly hall king raced out of the building and started his journey back to the owl house it could take days but he knew he had to make it back.

Reika was slammed against the metal walls of the dark room to see a small soul in the corner it was a mixture of purple and pink.

Reika- Amity Blight is that you?

Amity- Miss Wildeman how did you get here.

Reika- please call me Reika, I am no longer your trainer, I haven't been for a while now I came here to see if there was anything I could do to point towards a weakness for the demon.

Amity- But why miss.. Why Reika would you come here Alone like that.

Reika- After loosing my position as that demons second in command I have had alot of time to do... some thinking and I even met with the people who live at that owl shack.

Amity- IS LUZ OK! WHAT ABOUT ED AND EM.

Reika- Calm down We are gonna be in here for a while so there is plenty of time to explain things. The human and your siblings are fine. But we didn't know your soul didn't have a body anymore.

Amity- thank goodnes they are ok and I really don't want to talk about the soul seperation process it isn't something I exactly want to think about.

Reika- I'm sorry... Amity furthering your curse and enabling you to become this unbalanced was my wrong doing.

As an attempt to bring some light in the situation Amity imagined something Luz would say.

Amity- Reika you have changed, does that mean when things go back to normal my training will be less serve.

Reika- I wouldn't count on it ha ha...
I lost my magic.
