part 20 bloodless contract

Hooty held out his contract which had no blood on it at all, E amity looked at him harshly "why have you not put you blood on the contract. I cannot except this". Hooty's face plummeted to the ground "b-b-but". I only except blood bound contracts E-Amity grinned at the sight of Hooty's defeated face." Now now birdy brain you heard what the all-powerful one said" Reika spoke dismissing Hooty. "But you said I could join". Reika began to panic, her eyes darted towards E-Amity whose face was unreadable but she Definitely looked displeased. "Is this the truth Reika? you know better than to lie to me so you better tell the truth". "Yes all-powerful one". The whole room gasped and began to chatter this included Luz and Eda who were already exchanging shocked glances. Eda bent down to Luz's ear "Things are getting interesting now kid". The only way to see how badly someone treats their enemies is to see how badly they treat their allies ok Luz". "ok I guess?".

E-Amity- A"re you ok with him joining us Reika?"
Reika- "Only if you are all-powerful one"
E-Amity- "Very well then, well come aboard discipline enforcer Hooty"
Reika- "Wait! Discipline enforcer? That's my job"
E-Amity- "Was your job."
E-Amity-  "Now you can stay or you can go? Miss wildeman what will you choose."
Reika- "I USED TO HAVE PRIDE YA'KNOW, I JOINED YOU OUT OF RESPECT AND FEAR FOR YOUR GREAT POWER!"
E-Amity- "Respect is meaningless to me but fear is very important and you don't seem very afraid at the moment Reika, we had a deal and I never go back on a DEAL!"

Amity sent bolts towards Reika who ran away her exit was being sealed but E-Amity allowed her to pass, this clearly apart of her plan.

Luz and Eda we're finding it hard to stay in there seats. "We need to do something" Luz whispered in an agitated tone. "Luz not so loud, don't forget where we are at the moment". "Let's just get up and go some others are leaving". "Ok fine" Eda said.

After swiftly leaving they kept their goods up just incase, Owlbert was perched atop a branch of a very green wide tree it was a good hiding place. He hooted at Eda who turned around half-scared at first and relieved afterwards. "WHAT WERE YO-". Luz abruptly cut Eda off mid sentence "we can't shout like this out in the open". " They all walked quietly to a more secluded spot to talk about their next plan. It was at that spot that Owlbert explained why they went on the journey and that finding E-Amity happend by pure chance. Owlbert explained one last thing, WHAT? KING HASN'T REALLY JOINED HER, BUT HOW?". both Luz and Eda Rambled at Owlbert about how they don't understand.

But there was blood on his -? Eda interrupted herself with her own giggles "unless it wasn't his blood" . Owlbert hooted with a slight tilt of his head. So that's what you two were plotting about when we saw you rise from that platform. "I suppose Hooty is in on it too I am actually Very impressed". That's when Owlbert lowerd his head "so he has joined them for real huh? Luz was very upset by what she had heard. Since she was back on the Ilse she was still as silly and as creative as ever but she was maturer and she was really hoping to apologise to Hooty for ignoring him like she used to, she just never knew he felt that way until it was too late.
