part 14 tale of two witches 2

It was morning now, Eda and Lilith were more than ready to put there abilities on display for Luz Gus and the still slightly injured Willow. Edric and Emira were invited but they didn't turn up it was shrugged off because they were only told last minute so they likely couldn't make it.
The Clawthorne sisters had always been notorious for their magical prowess and since their small run in at the convention years ago many people wanted to witness a fair rematch, but on this day only three people were lucky enough to see.

Luz eagerly took out her homemade handbook she was very determined to find a way to end Amity's ancient spell and to do that she would have to master lots of spells in a very short space of time. Luz accidentally spilt apple blood and cherry guts onto her hand which left a very mysterious and frightening mark on the book.

The battle was yet to start but she was already studying the way Eda and Lilith held their staffs. Lilith held hers out pointing towards Eda, she only had one hand on her staff and it was towards the raven on top. Eda on the other held both hands on her staff they were far apart but provided more room for quicker casting. Before the battle even started Luz was able to take a bunch of notes Willow and Gus Provided methods and techniques too.

As soon as Luz wrote her last sentence she shut her book the battle had began. Eda used their rocky environment to her advantage sending multiple large boulders towards Lilith who dodged them with ease Eda was completely out of site by then. And she sent a beam of magic towards Lilith who was on the defensive side of the fight until her raven pointed her in the location of her sister they were in close range of eachother so Lilith used a cloaking spell and disappeared clones of herself circled Eda who destroyed every single one with either a smaller wooden model of hooty or with the edge of her staff by, this point Eda clearly knew her sister was in hiding but it was then when she looked in all directions that she failed to see the ground splitting apart beneath her feet and her sister rising sending a blue beam towards her, Eda gasped as the pure bolt of magic hit her stomach sending her far far into the air she hadn't come down for a while and it started to worry everyone "oh no maybe I hurt her to badly" Lilith said worriedly. "Well I don't think so". Eda remarked as brown wings flapped at the side of her body she moved so quickly that her voice echoed through the air all around.

Lilith knew that if she stopped looking even for a second that Eda would get a good hit on her but she was not willing to be reduced to a dizzy mess because of her sister's incredible speed either she was in a testing position her head was spinning and that's when Eda made her move she took Lilith to the sky and then dropped her, the faces of the three younger ones was of pure dread as they saw a higher up member of the Emporer's Coven being dropped to the ground.

Two meters before the ground Lilith was caught by her risk loving sister. "I forgot how extreme our 1 on 1 fights could get". Lilith was barely able to speak holding in her laughter "I guess that's enough for now, right?". You two are so dangerous how can anyone be so focused and aware of their surroundings like that. "It takes practice" Eda began "and control". Lilith finished. They snorted as they laughed they were so similar in some ways it was funny at least Willow Gus and especially Luz found it funny.
