Part 37 Mission Almost Impossible

It was now morning, king and Reika arrived at their destination, E-Amity's troops were everywhere. King was sat up in a tree Reika crouched down behind a bush waiting to make there next move.

Reika- These new guards are walking in a pattern it's so easy to get past them.

King- Yeah they just keep moving back and forth and going round in circles we could just walk around the edges of the base. Lets go.

Reika- No that's my point if it's too easy it could be a trap. Come on we need to find another way around.

King- No No I think I am going to take my chances here.

Reika- you are not about to ruin this entire mission before we have even gotten inside follow my lead or I swear I will leave you here.

King- wow your back to being scary again.

Reika- I am only scary when the situation is serious no follow me and don't slow me down. We are going to circle the entire area and find the best way in. Got it? Move out.

Reika said the last part of her sentence so quickly king wasn't able to reply but He agreed anyway.

Soon enough Reika devised a plan, it went against what they originally intended on doing but it was there best option.

Reika took out a peice of cloth that she wrapped around the blade of her knife whilst king distracted the guard she made sure to hit them in the back of the head using the handle of her blade.

The middle of the cloth ripped and caused a small part of her hand to bleed it was only a slight scratch but it still bled alot.

King- are you going to be ok?

Reika- tch this is a scratch

She put on the guards uniform and wore its low ranking badge

Reika- great looks like we won't be able to get into any places where superiors would be that means we have no way to find out any extremely important information.

King- And that's great how?

Reika- sarcasm

King- oh right... Well we can use your 'injury' as a way of getting you to the medicine place or whatever it is

Reika- oh yeah their infirmary good thinking. though if I was really a soldier here getting medicine for such a minor cut would be embarrassing.

King- ok tough lady you're just like Eda when it comes to sticking to your own principles.

Reika- Isn't that the owl lady? didn't know that criminal had principles.

King- sure she does they just don't make any sense.

Reika reminded king to stay focused she hid him in a small bag as they continued to walk deeper and deeper into the base.

Reika- Looks like the medical department is down there.

Higher ranking guard- why are you inside when it should be your post have you got an injury.

Reika- y-yes it's on my hand.

Higher ranking guard- pppft it's only a scratch haha these day new recruits expect to walk around completely unscathed what a joke, fine clean yourself up and get back side...... Weak.

Reika bit her tongue at the way the higher up guard spoke to her and spoke in agreement with the most polite voice she could muster.

King- Why did we stop

Higher ranking guard- What was that open your bag now or else there will be trouble.

Reika- NO I... Ok.

Reika opened the bag to reveal king there cover was blow or so she thought.

Higher ranking guard- this is pathetic, trying to sneak a pet into your room on work days I don't think so.

All of a sudden king jumped up and started a vicious attack on the guard who used an electric baton on him.

Reika kicked the guards knees and jumped on to them nocking the guard out with a small barely useful blood stained cloth.

King picked up the badge

King- you said you wanted a higher ranking guard.

Reika sighed and quickly dragged the guard to the infirmary where she placed there body on a bed

Still filled with nerves and relief Reika spoke

Reika- ok at least now she blends in with the other injured people and we have a way of going to places with more knowledge of whats gonna happen.

Low ranking soldier- excuse me we have an assembly meeting with the other 3 leaders.

Reika- The other leaders

Reika thought it would be best to play along for just a bit more longer and then they would try and escape, she thought about the guard she left behind outside it won't be long until he wakes up now.
