After a long trip of misfortune the gang arrived back on the Isles it was night time when they finally arrived home after facing many strong currents. Finally back where the rebellion was first planned - the owl house.
Luz- King! King! are you here? Well I guess the bat queen is still taking care of him, it's a good thing really the longer he stays out of this the better.
Healing Luz's foot and finding a bit of elixir for Eda and Lilith was a main priority.
Edric- I might of heard things wring but wasn't there a 3rd demon.
Gus spat out his cup of orange blood juice with shock.
Emira- Yeah... Wait was there a third one?
Lilith put her cup down.
Lilith- Well now that I am thinking about it yes I am sure there was a third one. But what about all those troops neither of them used any extra forces.
Luz- Maybe they are planning a huge attack how are we gonna get there in time!?
Eda- Luz it's in the middle of the night.
Luz- That's my point it's the perfect time for them to attack.
Eda- That's not what I mean we have spent almost 3 days just running around we have fought 2 demon tyrants in that space of time it really is draining. Hey the rest of you get comfortable and find some pillows tonight's gonna be a comfortable one.
Luz Tried to convince them not to go to bed but they wouldn't listen, within minutes there was snoring.
Luz-Fine well I guess there is nothing more I can do alone anyway, except one thing.
Dragging a chair up the stairs Luz made her way to the bathroom where one of the mirrors was.
She was sitting on the chair in the bathroom staring deeply into the mirror she then stood and tapped the mirror. The twisted versions of herself appeared they were standing watching her every move they slowly made a move for te outside of the mirror that's when Luz calmly sat back down onto the chair waiting for them to reach her.
Luz- Stop you don't frighten me.. Not anymore. Your possible versions of me but not the ones I want to become.
Luz slammed her hands down on the bathroom table.
Luz- I choose my own path some demon sealed away in rocks can't ever decide my fate for me.
Luz turned back to the chair and stood on it pumping her fist into the air.
Luz- I've said it before and I'll say it again I am gonna reverse the curse with the power of my heart. Haha it feels good to not be so serious for a change.
The visions faded away there bright red and yellow glyph eyes being the last to disappear.
Luz stopped acting goofy for a second.
Luz- I hope I didn't wake anyone up with that, maybe I can go to bed too. Luz and the Luz's are officially retiring.
Luz found her way back to her bed and went to sleep. Almost ready for anything.
Eda laughed to herself from the nest.
Eda- It really is all about the heart with you kid.
The night was a quiet one, a bit of rest for the heros of the owl house was well overdue, deserved.. And needed for what they were yet to face.
In the early hours of the morning the ground began to shake the house felt like it was about to fall apart and everyone was wide awake and very aware of it.
Everyone made there way outside as half of the owlhouse was destroyed.
Luz- was that an earthquake.
Willow- No it was an Isles shake. I am usually very well informed on when these are gonna happen but this is so weird this wasn't predicted at all.
Already flying to the air on her staff Eda paused.
Eda- you guys are going to want to see this, the fancy built up part of town has been almost completely destroyed lava everywhere and soldiers are matching behind.. another fire demon?
Lilith- come on everyone grab what you need and lets go clean this mess up.
Eda- for a second I thought I saw that demon who is possesing Amity.
Luz- well then we've got to go now!
Edric and Emira rode on a bike that Luz taught them to ride weeks before when they were teaching illusions to her.
There was chaos inside the town lava spilling through the floor and screams of terror at every turn. The Main coven soldiers were running around aimlessly swamped with duties that they couldn't keep up with.
Lilith used a big blue raven to make her higher up than everyone else and then slammed down her staff.
Lilith- wlite members of The Coven above all covens regain your composer in this trying battle and assist those who require assistance flee the town, your mission is to save the people.
Viney heard what Lilith said and decided that as a healer and a beast keeper it was her duty to care for others and keep them safe.
Eda- Nice fancy talk lily.
Lilith- not now Edalyn we have work to do.
Eda- Can't believe I am saying this but we need a plan right.
Emira- Me and Ed have got this we weren't much help with the second demon but we have got this one.
Edric- Maybe we can do the same trick as last time with the other fire demon Willow we are gonna need your help.
Willow- On it but we should lead him away to a more grassy area it will be difficult to fight in a city like this with concrete on top of the dirt.
Lilith- that leaves me, Eda, Gus and Luz to fight E-Amity. Ok everyone split up.
A gentle hand wave was given to by everyone it was time to move out. Luz was over whelmed all this time spent training it all led up to this moment where she would use her new spell to set her true Amity free.
