part 4 Amity why?

Luz's POV
Me Eda and king are on our way back to the owl house "Eda this isn't the way back right?" . "That blight kid told my sister where I was living and then everyday for a few months she came by telling me to join The Emporer's Coven when I refused Lilith decided to blow up almost half of my home" I looked down feeling like I was to blame for all of this That's when Eda laughed and snorted saying "prissy little Lilith she has always had a really bad temper once you annoy her enough haha yeah... I should know. We laughed together with king this made the walk back a bit better. Things turned serious when I asked Eda more about amity was she after me,? if so then, why?. "Look kid things really have changed around here no one really knows what Amity wants, she could even be training to kill yo-" Eda stopped herself and looked towards me "I am not gonna let anything happen to you Luz"." We are gonna have to train you up, just incase the worst happens okay". No It's not ok Eda I don't want to hurt her, leaving was bad enough but this...no I don't want this". I spoke quietly Eda understood maybe, It's because I am more mature now. Things really do change don't they?

No one's pov
Amity had left The Central Emporer's Coven building and without a unit or a plan for battle she continued to make her way to the owl house the owl lady may of hidden her house many times over the course of 2 years but the Emporer's coven spies are always watching. She formulated an idea of what she was gonna do, then she realised kidnapping Luz would give her the perfect chance to persuaded Luz into joining her and it would be a great way to trap the owl lady. A sinister smirk found it's way onto Amity's face. Soon enough Amity was at the owl house right outside the door she kicked hooty open to find Luz sat down with king and Eda. "Luz let me handle this". "NO WAIT EDA!!!".Luz cried aloud.

Amity: "so you care for me now Luz what about then?".
Amity striked Eda with a small bolt of fire her attacks looked messy and undisciplined but in reality each attack was carefully calculated she was backing Eda Into a corner.
Luz: "No Amity please stop!!"
Luz edged forward despite Eda telling her to stay away, king was pulling her back.
Eda: "Luz stay back there She won't hesitate".
Eda casted a spell which formed a bubble around Luz and king.
Amity sent a blast of rage fueled magic at Eda, but she refused to use magic for any reason other than for defense, this was likely for luz's benefit because she still cares for that corrupted witch. And with the final shots fired Eda was on the ground the defensive bubble burst King and Luz were left open. Without a second thought luz told king to try his best to pick Eda up and take her upstairs. With great speed Luz ran towards Amity which brought her off guard, What is Luz trying to accomplish by doing this?

Author note: I know that some people might be confused by why amity wants to hurt Luz but she also wants to be with her as well but It is amitys way of fighting the evil spell that's controlling her, It's the ancient spell which is turning all of her good qualities into negative ones.
Ambition to be the best turns into obsession, her love for Luz turns into hate for everyone as the curse progresses planting a deep seed of hatred inside of her. Explanation over. Thank you very much for reading part 4.
