37: Gay panic

Taehyung and Jungkook made his way upstairs. Everything settled, the 8 people in the lounge talked, laughed, and found each other as family. They also discussed that what would happen to their gangs, they decided to have a Collab, and eventually join the gang as one, and grow together.

As the night sky went dark, everyone decided that they should move to the beds now, and tomorrow they will discuss one more main topic, Jackson Wang. As Taehyung was really tired and emotionally exhausted, he wanted someone to be with him all long, Jungkook to be exact. The turn for taehyung's room came near so he stopped in his track rather than turning.

A sudden disappearance of Taehyung from jungkook's side made him stop and look back to see Taehyung staring him and words at the tip of his tongue. "can I be with you? I don't want to be alone" he stated with full confidence, staring into jungkook's eyes.

A smile made its way to jungkook's lips. He went close to Taehyung and attached his lips to tae's forehead. Both of them closed their eyes for the second and then Jungkook interweave their hands and took tae to his room.

As it was time to have their night routine they both took shower one by one and changed in jungkook's cloths. Jungkook's cloths fitted Taehyung cutely. Taehyung was the second one to have a shower, when he came out of the bathroom Jungkook caught him in his sight, the thing he was thinking vanished for a second by looking at Taehyung in his baggy clothes which were oversizing him but seemed comfortable as nightwear.

Taehyung didn't notice the soft eyes of Jungkook on him and he continued to make his way towards the bed while ruffling his damp hair. He went and sat beside Jungkook, finally turning to him to ask "will we share th—" and he finally noticed jungkook's stare on him. "Jungkook?" he said, making kook snap into reality. "hm?"

"I wanted to ask, will we share the bed?" Taehyung asked.

"We can, if you don't have any problem, and I'm totally fine with it, cause you know, we have done it earlier and it's okay with me but if you... if you have a problem I can sleep on the floor but I would like to be with you and we can share the bed and can sleep together ... and- and not in that way, just you know sleep together, like closing eyes and sleep cause I know you are too-too tired and I'm also tired but I will do as you want and don't worry we can share bed and—"

"Woah Woah kook, calm down, I understood, it's fine" Taehyung had to step in jungkook's endless random explanation, he didn't know what possessed Jungkook and he acted like whole nervous bitch who want to talk and stay silent at the same time.

Jungkook shut up, he took a breath. he was desperate to get one answer from Taehyung, the thought messing up kook's mind shorty was again nagging him after he snapped out from staring Taehyung.

"you okay?" Taehyung asked awkwardly, making circles on jungkook's back to calm him down.

"Actually I'm not..... I want to ask you something" Jungkook said, turning his body fully to Taehyung. Taehyung nodded for Jungkook to ask him what he wanted.

"tae...I wanted to ask that, what-what are we? Like what we have is what? I mean the relation we are having, the way we are acting is like what? What are you to me and more like what am I to you, are you getting me? I want to know that if you f-feel something for me or not. Cause this will lead us and make things clear... and are you getting me, so...so I wanted to know—"

The poor kook again felt nervous and lacked at words, never he felt this, he has always been a tough confidant jerk, but Taehyung changed it all, he felt like his young self and this made him confuse.

"isn't it obvious what I feel for you? is it required to say it?" Taehyung asked, feeling shy but Jungkook wanted to hear it, to make it conform. So Jungkook nodded as an answer to Taehyung.

Taehyung sighed "I love you Jungkook, I truly do" and there was no doubt that both their hearts skipped a beat. "I loved you when we were young, it's just been weeks when we again met, but when we again met as strangers I liked you for a bit long time, and now I fell for you... again" the confession was in the softest voice by Taehyung. "do you... do you feel the same?"

"There is no way I don't love you!"Jungkook answered in a quarter of a second. Earing a giggle from Taehyung.

"I love you taetae" he said softly

"I love you too kookie" Taehyung replied and they smiled at each other

"soooooo..... are we- are we boy...friends now?" Taehyung asked, finding it a bit weird.

"would you like to be my boyfriend" Jungkook counter-question.

"hella yeah!" Taehyung answered.

"then we are boyfriends," Jungkook said, rubbing back of his neck and he chuckled. Taehyung chuckled and jumped on Jungkook in a hug.
