"He said he couldn't believe I was his. And I said I always would be." Because that was one of their truths. That he was always going to belong to Jungkook. "That's when he said it. But... it was weird, Hobi. He didn't ask. He just said it. Like he knew I would agree."
"Interesting." He pretended to think about it for a moment, lifting his free hand to tap a finger against his lips. "And what happened after you said yes?"
"He called me a good boy and told me how perfect I was for him." And really, that probably should have been the most embarrassing thing out of all this. That he became to submissive. That he gave in so easily. That he held that space inside of him and it was so easy to slip into it. Safe and comfortable. But it wasn't. Because those words had been praise, and he clung onto them like leaves in the fall, hanging on for dear life to the trees they had been born from.
"God, I knew he was a total dom. What do you call him? Wait. I don't want to know." There was exactly ten seconds of silence before he spoke again. "And that's a fucking lie. I have to know."
"Hobi." It was a low, soft whine, and if it wasn't for the fingers that were slowly moving across his forehead, brushing the stray strands of hair away from his skin he likely would have buried his face back into the shield created by his folded arms.
"Jinnie." Sometimes he really hated the fact that his friend was apparently capable of making any sound effect he wanted. Because it was an almost perfect replica of his own voice. "Spill."
"But!" A huff left his lips, before they puckered out into a soft pout. "Daddy."
"Oh yeah. He totally gives off daddy energy. Hey!" The words earned him a soft smack against his shoulder, but it was totally worth it just to see the look that was currently being given to him. All pouty lips and wide, doe eyes and all he could do was laugh in response. "Am I wrong?"
"No." Jungkook practically radiated daddy energy. Before he had even known what that was he could feel it. Just this dominating presence that seemed drawn to his submissive personality, taking over until he was no longer even capable of thinking for himself. "You're not wrong."
"Which brings us back to this issue you're having." Really, he could understand why Seokjin was so at odds over this. Asking a question that important during a moment like that did seem just a little suspect. "So, now that we've agreed that Jungkook is a total daddy, let's look at it this way. You said it was like a statement. My guess is you like him telling you what to do."
"How the fuck did you know?" Was there a sign on his back that he was unware of that listed all of his kinks?
"Do you seriously need me to answer that for you?" Hoseok was currently looking at him like he couldn't believe they were actually having this conversation.
"Yes?" But they were.
"Oh my god. Okay. I'm a sub, like you are. And since we're pretty alike in a lot of other ways, I figured we'd probably be the same in that too." And really, that made such incredible sense. Especially considering just how alike they were in some of their other taste. Hoseok removed all of his body hair, just like Seokjin. They both used pretty products that were normally marketed towards the opposite sex. And considering they both smelled like they both smelled like a mixture of pears and spice, it really shouldn't have been that surprising.
"Oh." Silence. Twenty five whole entire seconds of silence. "I also like it when he praises me."
"So, what I'm hearing is he gave you the praise you like, and then told you what to do. Man, he really is good at this. Played right into everything you like most."
"While I really love hearing you praise my man, can you please tell me what it all means?"
"It means that you, my dearest Seokjin, are going to need to start planning a wedding. Personally, I think it should be in spring."
"You really think he actually meant it?" Because there was still that little hint of insecurity playing within his mind. That one little voice that said this was all a lie. That it was only intended to hurt him.
"Well, you could always make sure." Before they went too crazy with the planning and ended up having to do something crazy like find a replacement groom.
"How would I do that?" He could, in theory, ask directly. Just come right out and say it. But it was always so difficult to get his mind and tongue to operate on the same wave length. Especially when Jungkook turned on the intensity, it was like he forgot how to operate his own body.
"Try mentioning in in passing. Say you had lunch with me today and we started talking about a date." Which, alright, that was actually a pretty good idea. And he was relatively sure that he could at least manage to get that much out.
"That's a really good idea." Already his mind was trying to come up with the perfect way to mention it. Thought about saying they were shopping and he found the perfect thing to wear. Mentioning that maybe they could have an outside wedding once spring came. "Thanks, Hobi. I don't know what I'd do without you."
"Hey, don't mention it. But if you really want to repay me, I'm serious about seeing if he has any single friends. Maybe really tall, good looking ones with that same daddy energy." And those words made him laugh. Made him finally push himself up, shifting until he could rest his cheek on the other's shoulder instead, ears no longer feeling like they were going to catch on fire.
"I'll see what I can do."
