???:
"Any reports about that hedgehog?"
"Sir, we saw the two of them hanging out in front of the school. And hugging, if that's what you call it." My underling sneered, as he knelt down in respect. I slowly opened my eyes, the maroon drapes shielding my eye from the harsh light. "Good work, continue on what you are doing. And finally, when the time is right... we will finally leave this hellhole." I cackled. My underlings nodded and quickly went out of my room, "Yes sir!" They all said in unison.
"Ohoho, you thought you have kept the ring hidden so well... Amelina 'Rose'. I'll make your descendants pay for what you did to my ancestors, just you wait." I cackled, closing my eyes once more.

Sonic's POV:
"Say, did you notice the ring hanging from Amy's necklace?" Sally asked as she looked at me. I shrugged, "Not really, why? Is something wrong with the ring?" I asked before I licked my Ice pop. "It just... looked familiar. But I don't seem to remember where I saw it." Sally muttered before she continued playing with her phone.
I chuckled, "Oh come on Sal, you've been so stressed out lately. Why don't we go to the beach? I can rent a yacht--" "Absolutely not, I have matters to attend to in my family business and in being the school president." Sally snapped, shaking her head. "Aww, man! You're always so busy! Why can't you just take a break once in a while?" I pouted, finishing my Ice pop. She sighed and crossed her legs, "Can't. And you're busy too, it's just that you just want to leave things when you feel tired to deal with it."
I rolled my eyes, "Well it's because I wanted to, besides my dad can take care of the business without me. If I show my interest, he'll want to send me on a business trip for 5 months until my brain cells began to dissipate." Sally chuckled, "C'mon, it wasn't that bad. You went to Paris to spend 6 months there one time. And you even said you enjoyed it."
"Well, it's because there are a lot of pretty girls there. So of course I would." I joked, which made Sally throw a book at my way. But luckily I dodged it just in time.
"Oh, you! I thought you don't like getting to know people, but here you are willing to flirt with any female you've come across!" Sally scolded. I laughed, "Hey! Stop making it seem like I'm a playboy! I'm not! And besides, it was for business." Sally huffed and scolded me more, leaving me tired as I went to the bedroom in Sally's home secretly. It's not hard living here secretly, since her parents were mostly away for business abroad.
>>> Friday Afternoon <<<
"I wish you're still gonna stay a bit longer at my house, it's hard laughing alone," Sally mumbled sadly. "Really? I thought you're used to laughing alone since you're that crazy--"
*WHACK!*
"Ow!" I yelled in pain. "Uh-huh. Now shut your mouth." Sally giggled as I rolled my eyes at her.
It's already the afternoon, and it's time for our clubs. And today is a special day, not because there's an event, but because it's the day I get to spend my time at the student council room for the rest of the day. I only attend the soccer club after attending the council the other Friday, so I'm basically switching my schedule from time to time.
"Ugh, these uniforms are so old-fashioned," I complained, tugging the hem of my school jacket. "Hah, it's a miracle if we're allowed to design the uniforms. The principal won't like the old school spirit of the school to be forgotten." Sally chuckled. I rolled my eyes and sighed, as I opened the door for her before I also went inside. Welcome to the student council room, well maybe the greenhouse.
