Chapter 17
~• With Allah There Is
Always A Way
If a heart becomes attached to anything other than Allah, Allah makes him dependent on what he is attached to. And he will be betrayed by it.
Ibn Qayyim~

The dream of getting married begins from the time when we are little girls, pretending to be an Ayesha in distress - held hostage by a fire-breathing dragon, and saved by Abdullah the guy with the beard, in shining armour.Or It all starts when we play with our Barbie and Ken dolls.
Also we are living in a world where love, and weddings are amplified by Pinterest dream wedding boards, Lovey-dovey posts about your spouse on Facebook or mushy photos (hashtag: #blessed) on instagram and bragging about the relationship at every chance the couples gets.
In Islam the institution of marriage is suppose to be a beautiful and lifelong bond. It is destined to be one of the greatest experience the humans can have it on Earth. But the real problem with today's youth is that they try to transfer a fairy tale into their personal life with unrealistic expectations.
It had been a week to their marriage and Eisha was already falling for a fairy tale love. Yusuf was making her happy, every moment of every day of their, a week old married life. She was the kind of girl who never wanted to get married but here she was now,a wife rather a happily married wife and deeply in love with her husband.
Yeah she was head over heels for that guy in front of her,who winked at her the moment, when he caught her staring at him with love.Perhaps that's what marriage is,remembering that you are not just his marital partner but the other half of his deen.
"Yusuf take Eisha to her home tonight." Said Eisha's mother in law as she lifted the morsel to her mouth.
"Why"?
" What do you mean why. She hasn't been to her home since she got married."She said, quirking a saccharine smile at him.
And he just let out a long 'ohhhh'
"And let her stay at her parents home for two days."There was a note of finality to her voice and Yusuf fell silent.
He looked at Eisha for some intervention, she instead put her head down to muffle her laugh.
" I thought you were going to support my view point in that conversation". He gave her a smirk.
She had come to her room to do the packing and he walked behind her following her to the room.
" Well I did exactly that...I didn't ask for more days to stay".She returned his smirk with her own smirk.
"I have got a clever wifey huh." He leaned over the table his knavish eyes met hers,"okay.Tell me when shall I come to pick you up".
"I think you are given a date already".
"But I thought my wife was going to give me a nearer date".
