Rei P.O.V.

I wake up in a comfy bed, I open my eyes, I see the two stuffed bunnies.

I sit up and Chisaki is standing there, was this creep watching me sleep.

I wish for a gun but feel a sharp ache in my chest causing me to drop it.

“hey, the doctor prescribed these new vitamins for you, the old ones weren’t working anymore,” he gives them to me with a glass of water, I take them and watch his every move.

He stands back near the edge of the bed, with his hands in his pockets “where the hell am I Chisaki?, what do you want from me”

“this is your new house, you said you wanted a safe place to raise your kids, so I brought you to the safest neighbourhood I know" my eyes widen, I get up and look through the balcony, I can see my place from here.

Holy woah.

“Chisaki you didn’t have to” I turn around and his lips come crashing into mine, he looks into my eyes. “I want to, because I want you”

“no, because this means you can come in and out as you wish, so I don’t accept it. I told you before, you are not safe, so stop trying”

“I wont hurt you or let you get hurt, I wont pop by unannounced, I wont ask questions you don’t want me to ask, I wont pry into your past life, just don’t say you will shut me out completely”

This guy is obsessed.

“that’s bullshit and you know it, you’re a bad guy, and bad guys do what they want”

I walk back inside the room and as I open the door to leave he closes it, I turn around and the look on his face looks petrified.

“I’ll be good for you, just don’t walk out that door, don’t act like we’re not connecting, I’ll keep my promise to you”

“fine, and get your men to stop
watching me”

I open the door, and see the rest of the house, it’s really cool, I go to the garage, and there are cars already, I give him a confused look.

“why?, this is too much, I don’t want to owe you anything, not even my heart”

He chuckles and runs his fingers through my hair, “I want nothing in return, as for your heart, I’ll earn it, you will swim in the darkness with me of your own accord”

Chisaki leaves and I go to my place, I walk in and Toga looks weird, “what’s wrong with you?”

she looks at me and jumps toward me, she kisses me, and I’m standing there confused. “I’m in love, so where have you been”

I look at everyone else. “uhhh, with Chisaki, he bought me a house, its not far from here you can actually see it from here”

Dabi snickers and walks out of the room, I’ve never been in his room, so I’m very curious, I walk in and its just bland, this guy though.

He must have been so worried.

“will punching me in the face make you feel any better”

I ask trying to get a reaction out of him, he puts his hands on my arms, I feel his quirk activate, the blue flames burning my skin.

He looks me in the eyes, I’m not fazed, I like the way his flames feel.

He gives me a tight hug, it’s so out of character for him.

“Dabi I think the babies are bumping heads in there*

he chuckles and I put his hand on my stomach, as if on cue, there’s a kick, his eyes widen, the expression on his face priceless.

“do you think I should stay at that house?, it would be more convenient, especially considering you guys have started plotting some big heists”

“I hate to say it but yeah, you should, but I’m keeping the nursery here, so when they come over they have a place to stay”

he kisses my forehead and I went back to my other house, my life is too perfect, I feel like this is the calm before the storm.
