Kai P.O.V.

Rei finally decided to drive towards the hotel after an hour of driving aimlessly around the city, she parks outside and walks towards the doors.

“chika boo, you are whipped, you followed her around for an hour. anyway, I’ve got a great story
because of you, and don’t be in such a hurry to assume she isn’t pregnant”

Pregnant?

I walk into the building and the receptionist gives me a concerned look, “what is it?” the look on her face is pissing me off

“uh, well sir, Kou Asahi went upstairs to the penthouse, she said she still has the keys, and well you know who just entered the building and is headed up there now”

Crap, I’m so dead, I take the elevator and rush into the room and Rei just threw up on Kou’s shoes

“I’m so sorry miss, I think I’m in the wrong room and I apologise about those shoes I told you to move” her voice is hoarse and breaking

she’s sick? but how? is she really pregnant?.

She turns around and looks me over her face scrunches up before she turns around and walks to the bedroom she takes off her dress and goes under the covers falling asleep immediately.

“Chisaki who the hell is she?” I turn back to Kou.

“what the hell are you doing here Kou, I told you never to come back here, so why am I seeing you again?”

“I missed you baby, didn’t you miss me?” she runs her sticky fingers up my shoulders and I cant get my eyes off of Rei

today must’ve been emotionally taxing all I want is to hold her in my arms but there’s this annoying pest touching me.

I turn around and look at Kou before I call for someone to clean up Rei’s mess I can practically feel the germs crawling up my skin

“give me the keys I told you to never come back”

“no!” her defiant attitude was what attracted me to her but that got old really quick. "I’m not in the mood kou" she's starting to push my buttons, I want to have Rei in my arms and she's getting in my way

“Kai could you and that girl go do this somewhere else I really was enjoying my sleep” Rei says, her voice is weak.

“why aren’t you healing?, do you need to go to the doctor”

“KAI?, why is she calling you by your first name? is she the reason you want me out? Are you sleeping with her?”

Rei groans loudly but it sounds like there was a growl mixed with that she stands up and lightly pushes my chest I think it would have hurt more if she wasn’t sick.

“if you won’t live I will” she says to me and Kou and walks toward the door, I walk behind her when she opens it I slammed it shut, she turns and I keep one hand pressed against the door while the other circles her waist

I pull her in for a hug and she buries her face in the crook of my neck her hands still hanging on her sides she’s cold, just like her sister.

“you’re not dying on me are you?”

She chuckles at my question and shakes her head. “it’s the red drink, we don’t just use our blood, we infuse our healing quirk into it, the fusion just makes us weak depending on how much blood we used, I normally just wish for the completed product but I may have over done it in the bathroom earlier. I sort of was in a panic and didn’t think things through, plus I don’t want to go out with a broke guy you know”

“a broke guy me?, you’re kidding right”

she laughs and stands against the door. “if it wasn’t for me, my dad would own everything of yours don’t act smart with me” she smiles but she still looks weak

she turns around and tries to open the door again, I close it giving her a confused look, “thought we were having a moment”

“I’m going to sit with that hot receptionist down there, while you fix your uhm…” she points behind me, “past issues” she finishes and opens the door, I let her go and turn to look at Kou.

“why are you here?” I'm seconds away from killing her, no one gets in between me and Rei
