“why did you want this meeting to be just the two of us?” I ask Stain since we joined his little crew we can now walk around as regular folk though I still prefer to stay hidden in the shadows.

“I’m very curious that’s all I want to know what you plan to do with those boys more specifically will you take them under your wing or will your father because this little life right here” he motions to us out in public. “is nothing but a cover story that man has his eyes set on those boys so what will you do?”

We turn the corner and I see Natsu engulfed in flames with an angry expression on his face.

“I knew you reckless idiots would come up with something stupid because you are lazy, that’s why I called your boyfriend to come pick us up he’ll be here in an hour now go inside and be quiet”

he scolds his mother and brother he opens the door and they get inside he hovers up and sits on top of the car with his legs crossed.

“see what I mean so what will you do?”

Stain has a point whether I like it or not these boys idolise assassins. I look over at the car and Natsu and I make eye contact he flies over to me and stain

he circles us and hovers behind me for a second I turn around and he gives me a huge grin it’s like he hasn’t seen me in weeks.

“dad, you won’t believe what mom just did her lazy ass just asked Killuhua if he wanted to drive because she’s tired”

“tired?, why would she be that tired?”

“dad we told you already some reporter asked to interview us and we said yes that’s what we’ve been doing all day but mom hasn’t been doing so good since she came back she says she’s fine but she’s sick and isn’t getting better plus I noticed a few days ago she accidentally cut herself and it still hasn’t healed yet”

What? We don’t talk for a single week and already there’s been so many dramatic events that occurred

the boys met her sister and father she’s with Chisaki she’s back to modelling, and now this dammit little raven are you serious?

“I hear you go by the name black crow lately, what’s it mean?” Stain asks Natsu.

“it’s the nickname mom gave me when she gave me this pendent one day it will be my ninja name”

“ninja name, what the hell is that?”

“oh, its my assassin name mom hates it when we use that word actually she flips her switch and acts all control freaky when we say we want to be assassins”

he zooms in a circle casually and Stain just laughs his ass off.

What the hell can I say I mean she’s tried talking them out of it how do I show them it’s bad, how do I convince them not to do something when I’m doing it but before that I need to see if she’s fine.

“we’ll talk about this later right now I just need to see if your mother is okay”

We walk over to the car their both fast asleep, she’s pale I’d say she’s beautiful but this complexion means she’s sick I take her arm and activate my quirk she wakes up and flinches normally it doesn’t even phase her

“God Dabi, most girls get woken up by a kiss on the lips not being roasted alive” I look at her arm it’s not healing.

“hey Chisaki” Natsu says from behind me. “I’m glad you’re early”

“yeah, you sounded like it was urgent is everything okay?”

“no, it’s not, did you know about this?” I ask gesturing to her arm that isn’t healing he doesn’t look surprised I guess he knew.
