Time skip and Graduation

3 years had passed and life has kind of been... Nice. Yes, the training was exhausting but fun at the same time. Over breaks you all went back home to Wall Maria, It was weird at first but eventually got use to it. Just visiting the place and meeting some other old friends was interesting. The people you all knew before the military were people you actually knew in your previous lives just with different backgrounds.

It was very strange but still had fun, chatting, going places and even went back to your houses to see how it was. It was sad to go back but it was really comforting at the same time.

You kept a journal on everything like the date, month, year and what you can remember from the show. Currently it was year 842. You than realized in 2 years you all will meet Levi and his friends in year 844

But right now that didn't bother you because what did bother you right now was graduation. Your friends said they want to go to the scouts, and so do you but something told you that everyone shouldn't. Though it was your dream to became a scout, you still had that feeling of concern.

In one week it would be graduation and it was scary to think but you tried not to think too much of it. You and your friends were eating diner, talking about training and graduation yet you were lost in thought...

"I'm concerned... I'm worried if we do join the scouts... I'm worried for... well... what happened if-"

"Yeah. I mean I'm a Goddess but I'm sure we'll be fine." Lilith said with a reassuring smile.

You smiled back at them and nodded. "They're right, I know them like the back of my hand. They're strong and I shouldn't underestimate them." You thought.

A week passed and you all were graduating. You were still slightly nervous but shook it off and turned it into excitement.

The Commander said their speeches and than it hit you. You remember the speech Erwin said.

***Then at the scene where Armin, Connie and Annie talk***

"Say, if someone told you to die, would you?" Annie asked.

"What do you mean? Of course not." Connie said.

"Then why not decide for yourself?" Annie said,"Armin, how about you?"

"I think that if there's a legitimate reason, there might be no other choice but to die. I wouldn't like it though." Armin said.

"I see. So you've decided than."

"Yeah. I chose where I'd enlisted a long time ago."

"Seriously? Armin, you too?" Connie said surprised.

"You're weak, but you do have guts."

"Th-thanks." Armin said. "Annie, you're actually pretty nice, huh?"

"Huh?"

"I mean, it seems like you don't want us to join the Survey Corpse. Is there a reason why you want to join the Military Police though?"

You felt like crying. You understood the feeling Christa/Historia had. You felt pathetic and weak but the only real reason as to why you were scared is because you were worried about your friends more than your own life.
