My eyes widened and my breath hitched. I looked up and felt the ground shake. My heart dropped once I saw her.

It was... A Titan...
Not just any Titan though...
The Titan that ate... Carla Yeager... Eren's mother...

I looked over to see Eren and Mikasa a little ways away from us. I wanted to scream at them to get away but the pressure on me from the ropes were forcing me not to.

Using all my strength that I had left, I wiggled and struggled against the ropes. I felt my skin begin to burn from the utter pain of the ropes painfully grinding against my skin.

I looked over and saw a blade on the ground, reached to grab it. Reaching and reaching until finally, I had it. I held the blade tightly and began cutting at the ropes. While I was cutting, Hannes was slowly killing the Titan while Eren was desperately trying to activate his Titan shifting power.

I was still cutting and cutting but absolutely nothing was working. I looked over my shoulder and saw my hands bleeding from to much pressure on the blade, but most of all... My ropes weren't cut.

I frantically started cutting much faster and harder. A shadow over looked me, I looked up and saw a Titan. My eyes widened and I started cutting even more until fucking finally, the ropes were cut. I got onto my feet, shielding unconscious Levi. I took a hold of another blade on the ground before cutting the fingers of the Titan that was reaching out towards me and Levi.

It stopped and looked at it's fingers before slowly backing a little bit away. I looked back at Eren and saw Hannes being devoured... My breath ragged and my eyesight began to get blurry. Dropping the blades unknowingly, my heart broke into pieces at the sight of Hannes dying.

I heard Eren yell out in pain before Mikasa went over to him. I picked up the chipped blades and looked back at the Titan very angrily. It was reaching out to me again and this time, I sliced it's hand off. It stopped in it's tracks before moving away slowly,"Ha! You're scared?! Fucking weakling!"

I got down onto my knees and checked Levi's pulse. He was doing fine, thankfully, I decided to get Levi onto his horse while trying not to hurt him or myself further.

Eren's scream finally came and I felt an overwhelming shock go throw my body. I fell down onto my knees, clenching my teeth hard, feeling like my body is about to explode. I held my body tightly, feeling as if I'm on fire and my vision became blurry again. This felt much worst than the time I got very badly injured once but just as it came, it left like nothing happened.

I got onto Levi's horse after checking myself and Levi, and then placing Levi's hands around my waist, holding him close on my back. I clicked my tongue so that Levi's horse could start walking. I kicked it's side so that we could start running and thankfully, it listened.

Erwin yelled that we could retreat and that's what we all did. Titans were running past us like we were nothing while we were escaping. I sighed heavily,"Finally... We can go home."

The sun was slowly setting and I felt Levi move behind me. I looked over at him,"Levi? Are you awake?"

He slowly sat up and grabbed his horse's reins from my hands before holding me. He took my head and placed me on his chest,"Rest."

I felt my emotions starting to control my actions. I held Levi tightly while hiding myself from everyone. I silently sobbed in his chest while he rode us home.
