S3E11+12: The Truth

° Author's POV °

Three months had passed, you and Eren have mostly been busy being Hanji's experiments. Sometimes you'd go help out in the Orphanage that Queen Historia had built to help out the kids from the underground to which Levi helped a lot with.

Speaking of Levi, you both have been good. Being married hadn't changed anything of your daily lives which is good but you'd also show affection as much as you both could towards each other whenever free.

You've been tired most of your days since trying to active the Titan shifting powers but haven't been getting any luck with it. So if Hanji didn't need you to be her guinea pig then you'd rather be training or helping out around the Orphanage.

Currently, you were laying on my arms next to Levi's squad who's been talking to Marlo about joining the Scouts but you haven't been paying attention since your mind was going foggy and eyes were droopy.

"Captain, are you okay?" Armin asked.

You looked up and said,"Just fine, Armin. Little tired but just fine."

"You should get some rest." Sam suddenly said, standing next to you.

"You're still here?" You tiredly asked before falling back down on your arms. Sleep starting to take over your body but Eren suddenly yelled, "Keith Shadis!" Making you fall out of my seat.

"Damnit, Eren."

Keith was telling his story about Eren's parents while you were trying not to fall asleep but sometimes someone would yell *cough* *cough* Hanji *cough* and you'd jerk awake.

Trying to focus but sleep was begging you to rest on your arms or Levi's chest. Just the thought of sleep, you could almost hear your bed calling out to you "Once I'm back at HQ, I'm sleeping. No matter what. Even if Hanji want me to be her guinea pig!"

After the talk, everyone went out the door to go back to HQ but Keith called out to you, making you stop in your tracks and told Levi you'd catch up before walking back to Keith,"What's up?"

"Is it true?"

"What is?"

"Well... I've heard you're a Titan just like Eren."

You sighed,"Yea but I didn't know until I was kidnapped my Historia's father a few months ago. "

"I'm sorry to hear that."

"Why? I'm over it. I have an amazing husband who cares about me so aside from being tired and trying to active the stupid Titan powers, I'm good. I'm training hard for our next mission and helping out wherever I can-"

"You must be frustrated..." Keith suddenly said.

"I'm just... tired." You stated, seemingly annoyed.

"Then get some sleep. You're probably trying too hard again. Just go to bed and sleep. Take a day off, please. You're important. Just like Eren, you're special. You need all your energy before going back to missions, Got it?"

You chuckled,"Your Commander side is showing. I remember when you'd yell at me whenever I did something stupid or sleep in class back when I was a cadet. Heh those were the good old days."

"Your Friends... they'd be proud of you, you know. You might be Humanities Fiercest and a Titan-shifter but you'll always be my strange cadet that would sleep and/or do stupid things with her friends. You know... you've changed a bit."
