S3E9 I love you

I woke to the sound of birds chirping very early in the morning that the sun wasn't even up yet. I dug myself into my pillow and blanket to get away from the world and my problems.

After a minute or so, I finally decided to see what's up with the world today. I pushed myself off of the bed but that escalated very quickly because I landed on the floor and injured my wings even further.

Wait wings?

I glanced back and saw huge pure white wings on my back. I sighed and ran my fingers through my hair,"You've got to be kidding me..."

I heard a knock on the door then it click open before someone walked in. I looked up at the door and saw Levi. My face softened at seeing him again and my heart fluttered inside me.

"What are you doing on the floor?"

I threw my arm on the bed to support me and laid on my hand,"Oh you know, just chilling. It's a new thing now haven't you heard? Sitting or laying on the floor while your injuries is the new chill of the year."

Levi sighed before giving me a soft chuckled, "No need to joke geez. Here let me help you." Levi grabbed my waist before lifting me up onto the bed. I groaned and felt myself wanting to cry but I pushed it aside and just whimper from the pain I still felt around my body.

"Are you okay?" Levi asked before sitting on the bed with me.

I shook my head and felt tears begin to slip from my eyes. Levi brought his hand up to my face and wipe the tear rolling from my cheek," The Scouts and Garrisons are going to exterminat Rob Reiss later today, so I'll be gone for most of the morning and afternoon but I'll visit before it gets dark, I promise. "

"Wait, can't I help too?"

"With how you responded to me picking you up, I don't think so. You're still injured and those wings will make you stand out too much plus it'll be a hassle to keep them under control given how big they are. And I'm pretty sure the people aren't ready to see a Scouts Corporal with wings on their back."

"... you could... cut them off-"

"Absolutely not! You'll be in so much pain that you'll pass out, you'll probably bleed to death too! Who knows what could happen to you!"

"Okay, okay, I get it!" I yelled back before glancing at the floor,"I just don't want to be useless..." I whispered.

"You will be useless if you're there with that injuried body of yours. You can barely move without causing yourself more destress."

I sighed again before laying my head on Levi's shoulder," You're right... I'm sorry."

Levi began to stroke my hair and kissed my head,"Don't apologize for getting injured, it happens. I'm just very worried about you..."

I brought my arms up to Levi's waist and hugged him,"I worry about you too. I'm just glad to see you right now..."

Levi took my face and brought it up to meet his eyes,"I'm glad too... I love you." I smiled with tears in my eyes,"I love you too."

I leaned in and kissed Levi to which He kissed back. We pulled away from the comforting kiss and just smiled at each other.

I'm so happy to see Levi again...
