A/N: More FLUFF FLUFF FLUFF FLUFF FLUFF FLUFF FLUFF FLUFF FLUFF FLUFF FLUFF!!!!!

Today was the day Laurens was finally released from the hospital. Granted he had only been there for one day. He had to use crutches while his leg was still in a cast. But he didn't care, he was home.

"ALEXANDER!" Lafayette screamed. "I KNOW YOU ATE MY FRIES!"

Yep, home.

"So, I'll buy you more at lunch!" Alexander yelled back down stairs.

"YOU KNOW HOW MUCH FRIES MEAN TO ME! THEY ARE FRENCH, FRIES!" Lafayette screamed up again.

Definitely home.

The next day was the first day back at Lin Manuel Miranda High. Although there were things that John didn't like, he missed it so much. Even Jefferson and Burr. But most of all.....

"Laurens?" Peggy cried out tears of joy.

"Hi," He pretended to be casual. "I missed you." He gave her a kiss on the cheek.

"Wow, you're on crutches and the only explanation I get is Hi?" She joked.

"I might have a slight fracture in my leg."

"I'm just glad you're ok." Peggy said. "I'm sorry about your father."

"What?" Laurens hadn't told anyone about what happened. He assumed Alexander just called John's girlfriend to be nice, or maybe Eliza just assumed that Peggy should know. That was what he thought, until the entire school was staring at him as he moved down the hall.

"Umm, Peggy. Who told you what happened to me?" He asked nervously.

"The news."

"What?!?!?!!" How did the news even get it? There were no cameras or news casters at our house yesterday. Did everyone see it?"

"Yeah, everyone knows."

That was the last thing he needed, everyone giving him a pity party right now. He just wanted things to go back to normal.

"I can't believe I'm saying this, but I might hang out with Jefferson in English today." Laurens laughed. None of his friends were in English, just Jefferson. But he knew Jefferson wouldn't pity him.

Lunch. The worst part of the day, where everyone is gathering at one place.

"John, can I help you pay for that?" One kid asked that he had never seen before.

"No thanks, I got it." He gave a fake smile. He tried to be nice, but things like this were happening all day.

"Hey, I'll take that." Alexander ran over to get his tray before anyone else offered to. "I know it sucks. I came in here with a broken arm one day after fighting.... not important how, but I was treated like an incompetent five year old."

"Yeah. I mean, half of these kids wouldn't even acknowledge that I existed. Now they try and pity me because of my stupid father." Laurens ranted. "I had one girl ask if she could change the bandage on my forehead and then walk me to class. Two months ago, she called me Juan Lauren."

Alexander couldn't help but laugh.

"Go ahead. It's ridiculous." Laurens began laughing as well.

They sat down at their usual table, trying to keep all the 'worried' and  'concerned' kids away.

"Uhhh. Alexander? You promised me french fries." Lafayette gave him a death stare.

"Are you kidding? Look at that line! I'm not missing lunch so I can stand in a line for fries that you won't even have time to eat." Alexander complained.
