The winner of my little poll was Plot one. For those of you who voted for it, or if you didn't vote against it. Please don't kill me. You could have stopped me. Sorry if this sounds scary.
Alexander and Lafayette had been walking home from school. Laurens stayed late to talk to Peggy, but he'd follow soon after. Alexander and Laf happened to be in a little game of truth or dare.
"Dare!" Alexander answered without a doubt in his mind. "I'm not a woosy."
"Ok ok, I dare you to...." Laf looked around for a minute. He saw a tall apple tree in one of the neighbors yard's. "Bring me that dead apple." He pointed to the highest one.
"Consider it done." Alexander cracked his knuckles dramatically, then did the same thing with his neck. "Here we go." He climbed up with ease. He remembered when he was a little kid in Nevis how he tried to climb every tree he saw. He reached out and grabbed the apple. The man who owned the house came out when he saw Lafayette.
"Excuse me? I'm sorry I didn't see you walking up, Laf. Can I get you anything?" The man asked.
"Nah, Alexander's getting me an apple right now. I hope you don't mind." He laughed and pointed up. Alexander was just about to come down when the man accidentally jumped back upon seeing him, bumping the tree and making Hamilton lose his grip. He fell to the ground and hit his head knocking him out instantly.
"Oh my...." The man trailed off. He checked to make sure the blow didn't kill him, which he knew it wouldn't. He was ok. "Help me get him inside Laf."
They brought him inside and laid him down on the couch. The man pulled out his phone and dialed Washington."George?"
"David?" Washington picked up. "I haven't heard from you in awhile. Is everything ok?" The man, or David, used to take care of Lafayette after school when he first came to live with the Washingtons. George didn't get many phone calls since Laf grew up.
"Alexander fell out of my tree." David sighed.
"Oh, is he ok?" Washington grew concerned.
"I'm afraid he is unconscious on my couch."
"Ok, I'll be there as soon as possible." Washington hung up.
"Lafayette. I need you to go get me a wet dish rag from the kitchen."
Laf nodded and ran to do so, he came back and David wiped a little blood off Alexander's forehead. "What about the other kid?"Lafayette tilted his head in confusion before realizing he meant Laurens.
"Oh. Yeah, I should probably go find him." Lafayette jumped up and ran out the door. He ran all the way to the Washington house when he saw Laurens sitting on the steps outside."Laf. I didn't think I'd beat you home." Laurens joked. "Where's Alex?"
"Yeah, about that. He's like dying at our neighbor's house." He over exaggerated.
"What?"
Lafayette didn't say anything else, he just grabbed John by the arm and dragged him all the way over to the house. Laurens went inside and understood what Laf was trying to tell him. "Ohh."
"Long story."
After about five minutes, Washington arrived. "Why was he in your tree again?"
"Beats me." David looked over at Laf who just kept his head down. He knew it was his fault.
They waited about another ten minutes before Alexander finally came to."Where am I?" His head spun.
"Alex, we're at David's house. You fell out of his apple tree, remember?" Lafayette spoke up first.
