Chapter 37

Soon after Isaac arrives to the house Stiles and I leave.

We get to my house and I turn to Stiles.

"Do you want to stay the night?" I ask him.

"No um I think Isaac and I are gonna try to come up with something." He tells me.

I give him an amused look. "You and Isaac? You. Stiles Stilinski, you are going to willingly work with Isaac Lahey?"

He laughs lightly. "Yeah. I guess so. I means right now he's technically Scott. I mean not Scott but he's the werewolf."

I grab his hand. "Hey. Scott's gonna come back to us. I know he will."

"How do you know that?" He asks quietly tears in his eyes.

"I just do. I mean when have I ever been wrong?" I ask wiping his tears away.

He opens his mouth to answer and I cut him off. "Don't answer that."

He smiles and leans in to kiss me.

"Whatever happens with Scott and your dad I'll be here for you. Always." I tell him when we pull back.

"I Love you." He tells me.

"I love you too." I say getting out of the jeep.

I wave goodbye to him when I get to the door and drives off.

I walk in and see my mom one the couch.

"Hey I'm sorry it's so late." I tell her.

She smiles and comes to hug me. "It's alright honey."

"How's Lydia?" I ask.

"She's fine. She told me that you were hurt as well. Are you okay?" She's asks checking me for wounds.

I nod. "Yeah I'm okay. It's was mostly Lydia that got hurt."

I feel bad for lying but she can't know what happened. She can't know that my wounds are pretty much healed.

I hesitate before saying the next thing. "Is Lydia mad at me?"

She looks shocked. "Sweetheart why would she be mad?"
