Asahi's POV

I tucked her stray hair behind her ears as she slept. I picked up her wet clothes and suddenly, I noticed a smell of a strong perfume.

This smell...

I looked at Areum and inspected her neck.

Why?

I immediately dialed his number and it didn't take long for him to answer the call.

"Where are you? Let's meet up."

"Woah... Are you really my brother?"

"Do you think that I won't notice? Your smell lingered on her clothes." I felt rage inside me as I heard him chuckle.

"I didn't do anything to Areum."

"Just meet up with me. Han River. 12:30 AM."

I stared at Areum not noticing how tight my grip is on her clothes.

That bastard.

Asao's POV

"Woah... You look quite mad, Sahi." He walked towards me and grabbed my collar. I sneered, amused at his actions.

"Stay away from her." I chuckled which made the rage inside him to double up. He punched my face but I smirked at him.

"Why would I? From what I know, she doesn't have a boyfriend, right?" I removed his grip on my collar and stared back at his sharp eyes.

"You don't deserve to be her boyfriend. You're just going to break her."

Well, I know that I'm a jerk. I don't even know why I'm acting this way.

"She's different."

Asahi furrowed his eyebrows when he heard what I said.

"I don't know why but I don't want to see her crying." He ran towards me and grabbed on my collar.

"Stop! Don't even think about it!"

"Why?!" His eyes widened.

"I know that I'm a jerk. I know that very well but I don't know why. I don't know why but I just feel like I need to do everything I can to protect her!"

Am I crying? Seriously? I'm crying because of a girl?

Asahi stood up and I sat on the ground.

"Are you sure about that?"

I nodded at him as I wiped the blood on my lips.

"The moment you make her cry, I won't think of you as my brother anymore."
