Chapter thirty three

a/n: Okay guys so I finally decided that I'm going to end this story around chapter 40 or 50 so be ready for it to come to an end. I will also be making another Josh story after this one. If you want to though I have a Vinnie story up right now and will be updating it two times a week so feel free to read if you want anyways enjoy the rest of the book

Stella had been in her room for about one week except for when she wanted to get a snack or she needed to go to the bathroom

Josh: We need to talk to her and get her out of her room

Riley: I made her an appointment to see a therapist later today and she can talk to her about her feelings

I walked into Stella's room and sat on the edge of her bed

Stella: Go away it's your fault he's gone because you lost to Chase

Riley: That is not what happened Stella he needed to go back to his father and we just weren't the right fit for him

Stella: I'm not talking to you anymore so please leave

Josh: Stella I need to take you somewhere today where you can talk about your feelings

Stella: Okay now please leave

Josh and I walked out of Stella's room and sat on the couch with the twins

Josh: I know how she feels

Riley: I think we both do

Josh: No Riley like think about it normally once we were done sitting with Stella we go and talk to Carson and we talk about his day but instead we sit here with the twins which is totally fine because they're our children and we love them I'm just saying something is missing

Riley: I think that we need to try and get him back like Dixie said

Josh: You didn't hear

Riley: What's up

Josh: Dixie got Carson back to herself because Chase started using again and so she got full custody since I signed the paper

Riley: What paper

Josh: Well that day I thought you were trying to get back with Chase so I signed a paper saying that if Chase slipped up then we would not be the guardians they choose and that legally he would go to Dixie

Riley: Josh are you serious our daughter is crying in her bedroom over her brother who switched homes and all because you were mad at me she'll never be able to see him ever again

Josh: What are you talking about she can see him anytime

Riley: The last time I saw Dixie she said she never wanted to see us again

I got up off the couch and set Mateo in his bouncer and then grabbed my keys

Josh: Where are you going

Riley: I'm going to Dixie's to go get our son back

I drove all of the way to Dixie's and knocked at the door

Charli: What are you doing here

Riley: Omg Charli you're back

Charli: Yea and I heard all about what you put my son through

Riley: See but that's the thing I'm here to get him back because Josh and I love him and we want nothing more than to get him back in his bedroom at our house. We want Carson to be at our family Christmases we want to have him back in our lives because we were wrong he needs to be with us his family and not Chase

Charli: I'm going to act like you didn't say any of that to me and give you 5 minutes to leave before Carson sees you

Carson: Omg mom you came back

Charli: Carson I've been back for awhile

Carson: No I meant mama Riley

Charli: Carson go get ready for dinner

Carson: No I want to go home with my mom

Riley: Carson buddy I was just leaving but I love you and remember I left you the recording of me saying I love you goodnight bubs so that way you could always have me and Josh. But I love you so much

Carson: No I want to come home and I want to see sissy Stella
