Song of the Chapter: The Sorting Hate by RiddleTM

"There isn't a platform nine and three quarters," Lily sighed in exasperation, turning to look at Azalea. Their parents had just dropped them off, with a quick goodbye, at Kings Cross Station. They, like most first years on their own,, couldn't find the platform anywhere.

"I'm sure it is! It has to be here! They must hide it so muggles can't see it... We should have taken Severus' offer of going together," Azalea mumbled grumpily.

Azalea watched as a black haired boy with an owl on his trolley passed. She knew right away he was a wizard. If he wasn't a wizard than why did he have an owl? She began to quickly jog towards the boy, abandoning her trunk behind her

"Boy! Boy with the curly black hair and fat face" she called, hoping he would hear her.

The boy turned around, wondering if she meant him. He had curly black hair, but most certainly did not have a fat face. He began to call back, but stopped as soon as he saw her. She was beautiful. Probably one of the prettiest girls he had ever seen.

"Me? Are you talking to me," he managed out. The red headed girl had finally reached him, her long hair swaying with her every move. He couldn't believe someone like her was already talking to him.

"Yes, I'm talking about you, fat face. Me and my sister need on platform nine and three quarters. We are muggleborn so we don't know how. I need you to show us what to do."

"First of all, my name isn't fat face. It's Sirius. Second of all, what makes you think I will show you how to get on the platform, with an attitude like that." Sirius asked. He didn't really mind, though. He liked her attitude, and just wanted to talk more.

Azalea gave him a stern look, smirk slowly forming.. She swiftly climbed in the spare space in his trolley. "Now you have to take me. I'm part of your baggage!"

"Whatever. I'll take you. Just make sure your sister watches. Oh, I see her. She's hot," Sirius smirked, his eyes meeting Lily's. Wow. Two beautiful girls in one day? It couldn't get better than that.

"We are twins," Azalea hissed, "We look just alike!" She could see it now. His future was filled with girls of all kinds. She saw them flash before her, each more beautiful than the next. She shook her head, willing the visions away. Not today.

"Well, then, you're hot to," he winked. With that, he began pushing the trolley towards a wall, ignoring the panicked words coming from Azalea's mouth.

"Azalea," Lily cried in a panic, watching as the two approached the wall. "How many times have I told you not to talk to strangers?" She began to run forwards, hoping to catch her sister in time.

Lily stopped in her tracks, watching in amazement as the two ran straight through the wall, disappearing from sight. Lily quickly followed them, grabbing her and Azalea's things. Once she clambered through the wall, she called out her sisters name. After ten minutes with no answer, she climbed on the train, realizing Azalea was already aboard.

Lily searched through all the compartments until she found Azalea. She huffed loudly, and slammed the door shut behind her as she walked in. Azalea knew instantly she was in trouble.

"Hey Lils... This is Sirius. If I hide in one of those bags will you leave me alone? You can zip me up and everything," Azalea pleaded. Her and Lily often had arrangements such as this. If she stayed out of sight for a few moments, no matter where or how she did it, Lily would not yell. She climbed in an empty suitcase she had found before, looking at Lily expectantly.
