I'm still in shock I'm engaged. I have to keep looking at the ring it's beautiful. The band is all diamonds and the main stone's a princess-cut diamond I had to google it, google has become my best friend it tells me everything I need to know. I don't feel quite so out of it now. I love watching Norman sleep it's a very peaceful thing. We're heading to New York, Norman wants to show me our place. I know part of him wants this baby born in New York I want it born in Georgia. I don't think it'll come until he's doing rehearsals.

"Hey babe what are you doing?"

"Just watching you."

"Why I'm not going anywhere?"

"I know I just like watching you sleep you make the cutest little sounds when you sleep."

"Well, you missy snore and talk in your sleep."

"I do not."

"Don't believe me. I'll film you next time you do."

"Okay. Fine."

They were serving dinner and it was sushi I had to ask for a new dinner a vegetarian meal as I'm not allowed to eat that stuff damn shame I saw Norman eat and it looked pretty good.

"Jealous huh?"

"Rather a healthy baby."

"Me too. How is our girl doing?"

"She's okay. Occasional kick making her presence felt."

"I think I better give you a heads up. I called my mom and she's meeting us in New York. She wants to meet you."

"Yeah, I'm cool with that."

"Good because it gets better, I'm getting Mingus and his mom there as well you know Helena, Helena wants to meet you. Also, we have to tell Ming what's happening so kills a few birds with one stone."

"Okay."

"Babe there's nothing to be nervous about, Helena's real nice. You'll like her you'll probably get along fine."

"I'd like that babe I mean we kind of have a connection I mean, Mingus."

"She's nice. I mean she's my ex but when we broke up it was mutual. We're still friends. I haven't said anything to Mingus about the baby I wanted us to tell him together and about getting married."

"So Norman when do you want to do this?"

"I don't know babe. I mean I was thinking maybe June what do you think."

"I'm glad you said that I didn't want to do it before Stella comes."

"Why?"

"I only want to do it once and I want to look beautiful, not all pregnant."

"I love you pregnant. You're a beautiful pregnant woman."

"Thanks, babe."

"So how long will we be in New York?"

"How long would you like to be in New York is more the point babe?"

"A little while is but I don't have enough warm clothes it's supposed to be cold there."

"I'll take you shopping. Anyway we have to go baby shopping what do you say get our girl everything she needs?"

"Yeah, I haven't done anything yet. It didn't feel right to do it I wanted to do it with you." I start crying.

"Hey, babe there's no need for you to cry. I get why you did it. You were scared and wanted not to hurt me. I don't care about it babe, it's in the past we can't change it but we can't harp on about it, it happened move on."
